Ordered pair of so called leather cowboy boots which took about a week to arrive to find out they were synthetic. They offered to accept return of the item to China if I paid or get 10% back if I didn't want to return item.

Considering the item was misrepresented by a European company is appalling. Nobody should purchase anything from this bunch of crooks.

Took ages to arrive and when it did it was really poor quality. £25 for returns. Avoid.

Whilst I agree with the previous reviews as to the quality of my purchase (chelsea boots) the response and assistance of their returns department was first class. In particular the person I was in contact with - Steven. Rather than face the hassle and costs of returning he offer me a partial refund. We settled on a figure of 30% with me retaining the item.

I ordered a puffa jacket for my grandson. When it arrived, it was too small and was also of very poor quality. I asked for a refund, as per the company's "no hassle, no questions asked" returns policy. I received an email stating that the items are shipped from China, which wasn't mentioned on their website. It was suggested that I keep the jacket, and accept a 10 per cent refund.
I have emailed again, but have received no reply. I am so angry that this company treats its customers with such contempt whilst taking their money.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY.
This is the expensive mistake that I made.
The garment I received was undersized and of poor quality
They have refused to negotiate a resolution
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
If you know a way that Spraykiss can be shut down or at least stoped trading in UK then please share with others on this review platform

Avoid at all cost!! Not sure how this company is still allowed to do business over the internet. Scam Chinese company of the highest order. Ordered a pair of ‘real leather’ shoes, what came over 3 weeks later was a plastic pair of shoes that weigh next to nothing. Can’t even be bothered to try and get a refund after reading the other horror reviews. More annoyed at myself for falling for this sh*t.

Don’t buy - goods are counterfeit they offered me 20% off to keep them. I have sent them to trading standards as it’s cheaper than returning them to china . Stay away as they will not refund even after asking for photos. Returns are to china and cost more than product.

I found this bogus company on a Google search for men's Chelsea boots. They were advertised as premium leather Dante boots and looked like a £52.99 bargain for my role as Best Man at my son's wedding.
At no point did I realize this was a China based company. As soon as the boots arrived without a box but taped up in a protective wrap I knew something was wrong. On opening the parcel the smell of vinyl was overpowering. The "premium leather" boots are in fact plastic. Complete rip off and these criminals make it unfeasible to return the goods because the cost of tracked delivery to China is as dear as the boots..... that's if you ever get a refund at all after you spend money on the postage. I'll be contacting my bank

Shocking simply shocking I’m laughing now but not at the time I ordered what I thought was a smart white shirt size large what came was a calamity thrown in a plastic bag and serious it would have fit a toy Action man !!! I contacted them or whatever shed they operate from and heard nothing “Tumbleweed” there returns policy is a joke I gotta pay for it the toy shirt cost £36 to return it would boost up the price to over £60 so I’m stuck with a toy shirt I get it out now at friend/family gatherings for a laugh !

Terrible quality, too small, and they dont respond to email. Their web form doesnt work, and the uk telephone number does not work.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE….they send you clothes that have obviously come from CHEAP sites like Temu & Shein & sell them.im assuming they are using a fancy website & putting their name to it.The clothes shoes etc are so cheap.When you try to return you can’t contact them & they don’t answer emails. How they are getting away with this i don’t know.

Ordered some full brogue shoes from this company on the 8th November !

Been chasing for updates , lack of updates and very poor updates when did receive a response
shoes finally arrived today, horrific quality all plastic, nothing like a brogue shoe not an ounce of leather in the shoes !
Did not even arrive in a shoe box a they were posted in in plastic bag !

Absolutely shocking, they won't give you a refund, I've asked several times. I have contacted international consumer care centre.
Don't be fooled by their Website.

I ordered brown leather boots for my 17 year old grandson. They arrived yesterday and were absolutely awful. Definitely not Leather. Plastic and smelt dreadful. Thin soles unlike the ones on the picture. I’ve tried calling the number and it disconnects.
These look like I got them from a charity shop. I’m worried this company now has my bank details and address and could maybe lead to an even bigger scam. I’m really worried . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It’s a SCAM

Spent £100 for a qulity of £5 clothing. Nothing as per the description, qulity or even the looks. email bounces, telephone doesn't work for refund. Litterally a rogue site.

I was lead to believe,that I was buying a good quality,warm lumberjack fleece,that even sounded better, when reading reviews on spraykis website.These reviews must be fake,as nothing that is said is true.No! They don't keep you warm,No they are not high quality,and No! They are not comfortable.Even trying to compare pictures of the lumberjack fleece from the website is impossible. I paid about 50 pounds,for a product which was somehow a knockdown price from 85 pounds.all I can say is please take note,you will definitely be fleeced,if you buy from this company.Avoid at all costs

Slow, delayed delivery. Strong suspicion goods are not genuine. £25 return fee. Zero chance of pursuing distance selling law. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible company, do not buy from this company. Bad quality clothing. ~~Proving impossible to try and return items for a refund.

Do not by from this company, I ordered a 2xl coat, I received a medium size coat at best. Hard to tell as the garment has no labels not even a care label.

Ask for an exchange and they requested I pay another £15 to send a replacement.

I ask to return in exchange for a full refund and was provided with a return address in China to return at my expense, or offered a 20% refund.

Poor quality miss sold items, and terrible customer service.

Awful company!! Spent nearly £60 on what looked online like a quality coat for my partners birthday, when it arrived it was literally a sheet of plastic probably no more than £5!!!!
Awful quality of goods!!! Do not buy as you'll never be able to return or get your money back!!
