Do not use SpreadEx!!
Do not use SpreadEx! They blind sided me with a call about my account saying I had five deposits rejected which was not true. Then they said “please can we talk about your account” I shared with them very honestly how I enjoy betting and it was a great hobby for me. My deposits with SpreadEx were £5 and there was around £100 deposited over the course of 3 months.
The next minute I received an email saying I had been referred to GamProtect. I immediately called them and said they I did not understand and asked for this to be rescinded. They refused and the next minute I get emails from Skybet, PaddyPower and Betfair. To be honest, I didn’t care about SpreadEx, but I had many World Cup bets with the others and now I cannot even access these accounts!
SpreadEx are the only ones that can reverse this decision but they have refused and the same person who made the initial call also sent the final decision. I am pretty sure that is not correct in terms of segregation of duties!
Would not want this to happen to anyone else, so wanted to give a heads-up; stay away from SpreadEx!

Despite it being "legal" the spread betting is incredibly shady and morally corrupt, you could place a £10 stake and end up losing hundreds or thousands of pounds, the total amount you could lose is not shown.
