I had two wins on Spreadex I took fixed odds at 14/1 Which won at SP odds 20/1 And 12/1 Which won at 14/1 Most betting companies guarantee odds This caused a significant loss compared to all other bookies I will be wary where I place my money in future.

This site is good if you've not used it for a while. It's easy to get your password back and they often give you a bonus. I don't use the spread bet because I don't know how to use it, but it's there if you need.

i am fairly new to the site and i don't have a clue about the spread betting but i was given a free bet and i wanted to do 2.5 goals but its impossible to find the odds you try and click on goals score and it won't open up so i had to talk to chat and don't matter what he told me i still could not get my bet on so he told me to call him but when i called he was not a good customer service agent . But i won so i wanted to make another bet and i was blocked i don't know why when i joined i asked many times do you want any I.D because i don't have any and they said i was fully verifeyd . But because i could not get the bet on i wanted to withdraw my winnings they said i needed to make a deposit which i did not have the funds to do that so it did say if you want to do a bank transfer so i spoke to customer service and he asked for a bank statement which i sent in and now they said i will have to wait for it to be done being a Sunday which i can't understand they are a 24hr betting company 7 days a week but they can't do the bank transfer. So far i am not happy

I’ve been waiting for a response from the complaint department about the compliance team who got back to me near on two months later, as a customer I felt very strongly discouraged and disappointed with the follow up,I asked for a small gratuity for all the trouble to then be then told I have to wait yet another 8 weeks for this complaint to be resolved, seriously something that would take a few minutes to resolve is going to be put on the long finger, the customer service is absolutely awful and down right unprofessional
At this time I would happy to give -nil point here
