The quality of prints and t-shirts are great. However the delivery is very problematic..instead of 7 days I waited for my package for a month

Excellent product and customer service
Needed to exchange a custom print due to a size mistake. Receiving a new one was easy and free! I will use spreadshirt.nl again soon. The sweatshirt I ordered is high quality.

Very satisfied
I enjoyed finding the articles I wanted online and once that was done, there were far too many and had to narrow it down which was of course very difficult. The articles ordered arrived and we are all very pleased with the quality of the garments as well as the addition of the chosen prints on each. Thank you for the great products.

Amazing t-shirt quality, great support
Ordered t-shirt as gift for my mother in law. Sadly there was some issues with delivery (my fault for not paying few euro's extra for tracking code...).
After contacting customer support , they responded really quick and found a perfect solution for the situation! Huge thanks to them. Once t-shirt finally arrived, cotton felt really nice and soft, the print was bright and colorful. After few washes no discoloration or fabrics bubbling.
Already looking at more t-shirts, as customizing them turns them into great gifts.

Poor Service - I do not recommend
Your delay in delivering my order is unacceptable. On 28/03/2024 you confirmed that the order has been shipped, however I have not received it, nor am I able to track it. I have sent you numerous emails enquiring about delivery of this t-shirt. You've not afforded me the courtesy of a reply. You furthermore informed that there was a problem with the printing of the mug and suggested that I cancel it and you would refund me. I have done this. I cancelled the mug. I have enquired about my refund. Again, no reply from yourselves regarding this. You have taken possession of my money for these two items, but have not provided the items purchased. I request that you resolve this enquiry urgently, ie deliver my t-shirt and refund my money for the mug which you could not provide. At this point the whole transaction looks like a scam/fraudulent activity/theft on your part? Sort this order out. Deliver my t-shirt and refund my money.

Our customer service is based in Germany and your e-mails were sent during the public holidays. We are sorry for the late replies.
Regarding the shipping, you chose the standard shipping which is the cheapest, unfortunately it is not possible to provide a tracking service. The order is delivered directly to your mailbox.
Lastly, regarding the refund, it has already been made and will arrive in 7 working days.

Nice picks and quite easy to personalize.
It is a bit dissapointing that the search engine active when you personalize an item does not show designs otherwise available in the search engine in the main site. Perhaps it is a copright problem.
