Spent £100 on a compound recurve bow. I only wanted a recurve. Anyway. Made in China. Awful instructions. Broke two new arrow using it. I have ask Springfields for help refund and information and I have been ignored. Just sell ppl knives and killing weapons and don’t help us out when trouble starts. Disgusted. Going to try again now. No clear instructions. Plus I made my own bow from yew tree works perfected killed a rat with it. So

crack in blade and offers 30% refund
one star because i thought their service could have been much better.
i bought a set of bushcraft knives and one of the knives had a crack in the blade, which renders the knife unsafe to use.
i asked for a refund and they had the cheek to say i should file the crack out and they will give me a 30% refund?!!! what i want a full refund... and still have not received any payment

Extremely helpful.
Great company to deal with, having purchased some pole quick locks they were able to source a replacement fibreglass pole for my awning. I had even tried the manufacturer who could not help.
