I ordered Frame jeans for£80

I ordered Frame jeans for£80, I should have realised it was too good to be true, ordering was a great experience, it arrived within 5 days, the problem is the problem is the size is supposed to be US 34, it arrived more like size 43, it is so huge two people can get into it, I contacted customer service, they refused refund because its sale only, it’s outrageous way to people, obviously there is manufacturer fault but they refused to even entertain. SSENSE reply to my review is not helpful, most companies selling jeans have standard sizes and if there is a difference the website will a point or emphasis the size differential, I don’t believe they want to help.

I been a customer for over 10 years but…

I been a customer for over 10 years but for the last 7 months my packages have been extremely delayed and stuck in memphis !!! … i tried to have patience and give time in between to order again because i know everything has changed since the orange man in office …. So when I decided to order again i reached out to customer support and asked them honestly will my package arrive in time for my bday he said yes !!! That was confirmation to order again, i ordered my item march 10th 2026 my bday was march 19th 2026 i wanted to wear it for my bday… i never received the item its still in memphis so yeah never again will purchase

I was very skeptical at first not gonna lie, but after reading many different success stories on reddit i pulled the trigger on a Vivienne Westwood card holder, shipping was super fast and packaging was as if i ordered from VWs website. 10/10 will shop again

I was always VERY uneasy about ordering…

I was always VERY uneasy about ordering from Canada to the UK, but they delivered via FedEx within 3 working days - actually more like 2 working days if you factor in time difference. Very happy.

Also - a small but important detail. The jacket came with a hanger included. Often retailers neglect this important detail.

Amiri T-Shirt

I’ve purchased from SSENSE before and generally had good experiences, but a recent issue with a premium AMIRI T-shirt left me disappointed with how customer support handled the situation.

The print on the shirt developed noticeable cracking within about 18 months, despite minimal wear and following the care instructions (dry clean only). When I contacted SSENSE, the issue was quickly attributed to “normal wear and tear,” and the case was closed as final without much willingness to discuss durability expectations for a premium product.

What I found particularly frustrating was the dismissive tone and the lack of meaningful engagement with the details I provided. For a retailer specialising in high-end brands, I would have expected a more considered approach.

Unfortunately this experience has reduced my confidence in purchasing expensive items through SSENSE in the future.
