Very horrible experience with Lydia from ssense security. I felt like my email was not acknowledge and I was accused. At the end of the day its all about the customer experience and the brand should strive to find amicable solution. Lydia needs to be retrained and a manager needs to step in and support

What a bunch of conning scumbags
What a bunch of conning scumbags. Bombard you with extra offers you don't want and then had the audacity to double up and charge me for my order. Wanted to send two back - only have 2 feet don't need 4, but was told it was a legitimate order so won't allow return and refund.
