i LOVE my dress. the customer service is amazing and the employees are super kind sending emails double checking my custom sizing and showing general interest in what my dress was being bought for. i was honestly super shocked with how quick it came but i was super happy. the dress turned up absolutely beautiful and fit me so well, it was the most beautiful dress i could bought for my prom. if youre looking for prom dresses relatively cheap and stunning with custom sizing - this is the best website!

Fantastic experience ordering from Stacees. My daughter chose style S8272P in Emerald Green and we opted for the custom sizing option as she is very petite but has a fuller bust and hips. We were kept very well informed as the dress moved through the production stages and the dress arrived earlier than the estimated date. It was so beautifully made. The quality of the dress was fantastic and it fit absolutely perfect.

Firstly the customer service is amazing!! I was emailed to verify my measurements were correct so the dress would be perfect (very helpful) The dress itself 🤩🤩 stunning. My daughter received so many compliments. I think the prices are fair I would recommend Stacees and I definitely would order again.

After visiting many bridal shops locally and seeing the same dresses but for twice the price I decided to give online a chance. I, like others was nervous about purchasing online but stacees customer service was excellent. Soon as the order was purchased I received an email with clear instructions on how to measure my daughter for the perfect fit. The
Communication was perfect about my order and the delivery was fast. I would recommend to anyone to buy from this website

I ordered a custom dress for my prom, sizing was perfect and despite it being a custom dress during prom season delivery was super fast! I loved my dress and the quality was good, definitely worth the price. Fortunately I had no issues with my order, however all correspondents were very nice and dress was in safe hands!!

I’ve asked several times to be removed from there mailing list, and all my emails and private details to be removed!! Yet 10 days later they still haven’t done what I’ve asked.
They are beyond pathetic, don’t use this company!!

I ordered my daughters prom dress from these guys and couldnt be happier to be honest. The dress was exactly as pictured, fitted perfectly going by the sizing on the site and is of really nice quality. Ordering itself was very straightforward and the dress arrived bang on time and perfectly packed. The company sent us plenty of emails regarding the dress and advising us to double check sizes in case any adjustments had to be made to allow time for this to happen without holding up delivery.
Overall couldnt be happier

I witnessed some of the best customer service. The dress came before the expected date, it was of very good quality and it was sewn perfectly.

Such a fantastic selection of gorgeous Prom dresses & the guidelines to measure for custom dresses are so easy to follow. My daughter’s Prom dress was absolutely stunning & dispatch/delivery was so fast. Their Customer Service is also unmatched as it felt like they really cared their product met expectations. I would definitely recommend this site for fancy dresses ☺️

My daughter looked stunning in her prom dress,made me very emotional as I'm not use to seeing her in a dress. Material is fabulous, made to measure. I'm definitely going to use stacee's again for my other daughter.

This place is awful!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you want a dress that is completely different to the picture. I had a custom made dress from here and when it arrived i was utterly shocked to see how bad it fitted. Its as if they took my measurements and doubled them!!!! Currently in the process of trying to get a refund and i have been arguing with them for 20 days! Absolute scammers

SHOCKING COMPANY DO NOT ORDER! My daughter ordered a dress for a bridesmaid. We weren’t happy with it. Colour not as expected and has faults with stitching. Misleading as dress is from China not the UK. They will not honour there 14 day return policy. Keep refusing to have it back offering partial refund. If we return at our expense which costs £30!
We have ordered another dress as well different colour as she has to match the other bridesmaids so doesn’t more money. ! The correspondence is terrible slow and passive aggressive. Complete con! Dress quality varies hugely be aware as they won’t refund and send delayed messages offering a small proportion of cost to keep the dress instead. They need reporting -and am looking into this if we don’t get the dress refunded and paid to return. Advertisement on website says .co.uk 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Great experience with Stacees easy to order. I did a custom made order and luckily they checked the measurements before making as I put the wrong measurement in one area so was easily corrected. Was shipped and delivered very quickly. The dress itself looked beautiful and fit lovely. Would order from here again

If require a return, it is required to be returned to Hong Kong, Australia and other locations outside of the UK which you pay for. You are not offered full price for dress either!!!

A week before my grandaughters prom spending another £200 for another dress
Have been in contact weekly since the incident have now given up offered £20 then then my rights for the consumer offered £50 after 8 weeks of nothing but stress an upsets ive accepted £75 absoulutely disgusting many emails ignored always slow to answer DO NOT ORDER stay in United Kingdom where we our rights are protected

I really liked the dress it was fabulous!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress and after ordering I realised I had selected the wrong colour. I contacted their customer service and straight away they changed my order and sent confirmation. I received my order quicker than estimated and it is perfect. Excellent fit, very flattering and lovely material. I will absolutely order from here again and have been recommending this site to others.

The dress was beautiful, exactly as pictured. It needed minor alterations but otherwise was stunning. It exceeded my daughter’s expectations. She received so many compliments. The reason I hadn’t given this a 5 star review was the delivery, although it was quick delivery, it was just left on my doorstep which in my mind for the price was not great. But this does not distract from the actual dress. It was worth the wait.
