Excellent. Ordered a leather Superdry jacket in the middle of coronovirus lockdown on a Sunday and it came the next day. Almost half the price of anywhere else and a genuine product. Will return.

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible customer service. Advised to re-order a product after failing to deliver initial order but price had been increased.

good stuff and faster than expected

I have received my item the next working day, but nfortunately my item was too big for my husband which I ordered it as a surprise for Christmas and needed a replacement, the price was no longer on discounted.
I am extremely happy with the customer service I received from Roger. He resolved my issue within minutes I texted this company. Once I receive his M size I will post a photo of it. Its a shame they don't do women's too. The material is so soft and of good quality I would love one for myself too. It looks gorgeous too. But the highlight of everything is the customer service I have received. Thank you so much Standout Uk, thank you Roger for getting back to me in minutes. You have made my day and I will definitely order again from Standout Uk.

Good stuff about everything

First time user of Standout and I have to say that the process and level of service was outstanding.

The ability to use PayPal was brilliant and I am particularly pleased with the speed of the delivery.

The item was perfect so I am well pleased. Just bought another jumper in the sale with the discount included in the bag.

ordered a 3xl levi trucker denim jacket.it was way too small.could barely button it.an old 2xl jacket i have fits way looser.must have been mislabled.i refuse to spend the $4. for a box to ship it back(came in a bag) plus $22.shipping to return!! why should i be out this expense when the error is not mine!!

Decided I needed a new pair of jeans in my life, well to be honest I didn't have any in my life! Not worn jeans in 40 years so the price came as one hell of a shock and no zip on the 501s Whats that all about? Stand-Out had the size, well close to it, and the price was good so here we stand with a pair of Levi 501s and a reasonably happy customer! Button fly? Man unless these things loosen up I'm likely to wet myself trying to get em undone!
I wonder, would WD40 help? Arthritic fingers ain't made for buttons guys.
