I use Starbucks globally

I use Starbucks globally because Im assured vegan lattes.
I see now there's a charge for vegan milk. Not cool.
Staff are usually great, but they could really put more effort into bathrooms.

I was a big fan of Starbucks but no…

I was a big fan of Starbucks but no more. My app quit working. Upon contacting CS at Starbucks I keep getting solutions that do not work. 4 times the same recomendation and no results. One month in and my money on account appears to be lost. All I get is an automated response. Starbucks C/S has gone down hill big time.

Does everyone get short-changed?

Ordered a Venti latte through DoorDash today and it arrived with 1/8 of the cup empty. This happens all the time and as expensive as drinks are, specifically at Starbucks, it is even more infuriating when you don't get your full drink.

Venti Earl Grey Tea, with two packets of honey!

Hi, one of my favorite Starbucks locations is the one at Jacaranda Square, in Sunrise Florida. I frequent the store at least 2 to 3 times a week. No matter what time of day, the store is always well stocked, and clean! The staff will always provide a welcoming hello, and a warm smile. A special shout out to Kay, and Jake. Before I hit the register they know exactly what I want.

I’ve been into my coffee for a few…

I’ve been into my coffee for a few years and I’ve got four or five artisan shops where I grab a great coffee. I’ve not done a Starbucks for a while until the other day. I won’t name the shop because in my experience they’re all as bad as each other.

Good grief the coffee at Starbucks is awful. I’d forgotten how bad it is or maybe the quality coffee shops I visit has spoiled me somewhat. It’s even worse when it’s burnt too. It beggars belief that they charge what they do for it.

Here’s my advice. Try an artisan coffee shop that someone can recommend to you that has a good reputation. For the same money as Starbucks or Costa you’ll get a coffee that’s infinitely better so you’ve absolutely nothing to lose.

I went to Stillwater Starbucks and lady

I went to Stillwater Starbucks and lady was cleaning the pots and spraying counters i got drink and left it didn't taste like ushally thing i get .i went head drank it and 15 minutes later i was puking and stomach ache and throat burned .i smelt the cup she gave me and it smelt like chemicals.I drank little milk but threw it up too o laid down and didn't get up for the night and day because ot it but my cups smelt of chemicals.so thinking it wasn't clean out or when ahe spayed around it .So heads up

During the government shutdown…

During the government shutdown Starbucks inside the Fairmont Hotel were rumor milling hotel guests and cafe customers sitting in the lobby shadowing them and calling them prostitutes as they drank their coffee for no reason because their fur coat or purse or shoes were more fancy than they were used too. Their sneaky remarks from behind the customers backs were way too communist in nature

Gross mismanagement of documented burn

I normally have great experiences at Starbucks, but I had an incident at this location on October 13 that has still not been resolved by Corporate. I received a burn from scalding hot coffee that required medical attention. Everything was documented by my physician.

I filed a report with Starbucks right away and was assigned a representative, Jonathan F. Unfortunately it has now been over a month with long gaps between responses and no real communication or updates. I am repeatedly told the case is being reviewed but it has not been escalated despite the injury being documented and legitimate.

The most recent message from Jonathan F. offered a small Starbucks credit which does not address the injury, the impact or the way this has been handled. I do not feel the situation is being taken seriously and I am disappointed in how much time I have spent trying to get a simple resolution.

I hope this review helps bring attention to my case because I have always enjoyed Starbucks and would like to see this addressed appropriately.

Careless customer service/support via phone 💩 sick!

I needed assistance today with my app suddenly was logged out. Starbucks login would not recognize my email and my password. After three attempts of receiving the wrong errors I called Starbucks customer support line just to be treated horribly by not one but all three representatives, it took about an hour in total as they would put me on hold over and over and then tell me false messages, had me trying silly tactics, lying about messages sent, after 37 minutes to try again with another representative, second laughed put me on hold over and over again and after 17 minutes of hold she never came back she just left the phone on mute, third person did the same thing put me on hold told me he would help me just to place me on hold, after 9 minutes told me to try the call again because he said we had a bad connection and hanged up. I just wanted help with my app, to log in and buy myself a cup of coffee ! After, I was just so sick to my stomach thinking about how careless they must all treat many customers, sick practice, sick of the amount of $$$ my family and I spend there monthly! 🤢
Starbucks customer support does not deserve 1 star but 1 poop emoji 💩
We should be able to place a real rating instead of stars!

Unprofessional Behavior

Starbucks recently released a holiday Bearista cup that had limited quantities in store. I can't count the number of people who tried to get one and watched store employees buy them all up for themselves before allowing anyone in store to try and get one. Now they are all over ebay for $300 plus. Starbucks won't do a damn thing about it either. They ignore the problem and continually allow it to happen. Will no longer step foot in a Starbucks again and I advise everyone else to do the same. They don't care about their customers.

Give free birthday drink to customers

Give free birthday drink to customers. It's my birthday and I noticed that the reward didnt show up in my account. Customer servuce said its because I havent purchased anything this year. I have been to starbucks no less than 30 times this year and have had consistent issues with the app not capturing my visits. They told me too bad. I will no longer be going to a company that disregards loyal customers. Shame on you.

I give it two for a rating not for the service the service would get five. The condition of the store gets a two and that’s generous.

I give it two for a rating, but it’s not for service and it’s not about the people who work there it’s about the condition of the store. I live in OldSaybrook CT 06475 and for two or three years now we’ve told that a store is gonna be renovated the chairs have broken. We have to take the outside chairs inside to sit down with our group. I’m sure there’s a group at every Starbucks across the country, but we’re running out of chairs. Not only running out of chairs or running out of patience. There are chip tiles on the floor the bathrooms if not for the high maintenance schedule, they keep they’d be a lot worse condition than they are and they’re not in very good condition. So there, that’s my 2 stars and my two cents please do something.

Ordered my coffee and the big guy who…

Ordered my coffee and the big guy who took my order barely speaks and just stares and waited for me to order. He seems unhappy being at work. Sat at the long table close to the counter waiting for about 5 mins for my cappuccino while listening at about 4 of them just yapping like no customer is waiting. Im not sure if my hearing failed me at that time but when I looked at the serving counter my coffee is there somehow waiting to get cold.
First and last time I'll be coming here at this branch at The shops at Park Lane Dallas.
