Despite 6 months since the last review posted, I have experienced the same awful service - a delay of 11 days for order to arrive and in between only one response to my emails. This was my second order and there were similar problems with my first order. I definitely won't buy from this company again (even to save a bit on their lower prices)

Great experience with these guys. Had a fixer-uper and needed a load of odds and ends and managed to get 99% of them here. Arrived within two days.

Great and helpful service.
Bought lights bulbs and extension leads.

3 days after placing my order nothing had happened, no shipping confirmation. I tried to call but they never answered the phone. I emailed them and never got any response. In the end I ordered the same items from somewhere else and opened a case with PayPal requesting a refund. Then out of blue, a week after placing my order the items arrived meaning I had twice the amount I needed !

APPALLING COMPANY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR TELEPHONE CALLS. My order was placed and paid for 23/09/2021 no order confirmation, delivery details or responses. Could be a scam website DO NOT USE

Like others until i sent an email through the website I then got a response with the tracking information, so in the end all good.

I ordered 24 items, received 12, no reply to emails and the phone just rings through. Can't recommend.
EDIT: they got in touch in the end, apparently the 2nd box was held by courer company, delivered. Rating revised.

First order 25 May, excellent. Repeat order 9 July, stony silence. No reply on phone, no reply on email, no goods

Ordered paint online. Very good price. Panicked when I read a negative review. Used customer contact email to express concerns. Michael contacted me same evening. Reassured me product was due to be dispatched. Two days later ParcelForce delivered. Packed well enough to survive a nuclear attack. Product exactly as wished for. Couldn't be happier.

Ordered paints that were listed as being in stock. Confirmation email arrived quickly, payment taken via Paypal at order but unfortunately 5 days later there is no sign of the order and nobody ever answers their customer support phone number. More annoyingly, they've emailed me a new order for just one of the paints I had already ordered and have issued a refund for the other paints (which are still listed as being in stock!). No idea what is going on with my order as they've not actually attempted to explain anything to me and there does not appear to be any way to speak to them to find out. I don't think this is a dodgy site (despite my being the first to review them on Trustpilot) just a very badly managed online retailer.
Update: one of the paints has now arrived but is in terrible condition with a snapped handle and dents everywhere.
