I bought a cell phone holder the suction onto the dashboard but it does not work. It has no suction. Waste of money. Do not purchase their products.

I have been ringing this statix company who installed my security cameras , have problem with my mobil monitoring , guy say he will fix it 10mins from his end and ring me back in 10min , still no phone call since Friday and today is Monday evening and my monitoring systems is only 6 months old
I am still waiting to hear from them

Ordered Johnstones paint on the 26 Jan 25, money taken and not a peep from them. Don’t bother phoning it just rings out.
Contacted PayPal to try and retrieve our money. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered some Johnstones stormshield paint ten days ago and haven’t heard anything. I have tried to ring them and it’s just ringing out and no reply to e mail enquiry. Is their company (Statix - Electrical ) a scam

Placed an order a couple of weeks ago, no items received. Contact number doesn't work and don't respond to emails to ask for a refund (items didn't come in time for a project and we had to buy elsewhere

Avoid this place at all costs. I wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered!
I ordered 2 tins of dulux paint, eventually after chasing up, I received the wrong 2 tins of johnstones paint. I was promised a returns label from the seller that never materialised.
There is no reply to any emails and the phone number on the website doesn't connect.
PayPal wouldn't refund me because I had no way of posting paint back, as no couriers will touch it from a private individual.
Don't make the same mistake as me, avoid this place.

I ordered paint on 10/10/23 and after not receiving it I sent several emails that were ignored, eventually "Michael" assured me a replacement would be sent, which it wasn`t, I have sent more emails and yet again been cmpletely ignored. So "Michael" was as much use as a chocolate teapot. They have no defence for being such a disgraceful company because as you can see I wasn`t the first to be to be treated like this and I suspect I won`t be the last. Needless to say if I had the option of giving no stars then I would.

Ordered paint, no confirmation, phone number doesn’t work, several emails and attempted contact via the website but no response. No delivery or tracking information sent… very frustrating… AVOID AVOID AVOID
I have now raised a dispute with paypal

AVOID AT ALL COST - ordered paint, it arrived split open contacted statix and they seems great arranged for pick up of split and said they would reissue the paint. NEVER heard from them again no reply to emails phone number doesn't connect. Did not receive replacement paint or a refund. Opened a pay pal dispute after months paypal closed the dispute today as the returns was arranged by statix to an address not registered with paypal. If like myself you are misfortunate enough to see the bad reviews after you have an issue contact paypal first not statix and do any returns via paypal.

Don't respond to emails
Phone number on account don't work,
Go to other company's with nothing to do with them, no other contact details
Recieved no order number filled complaint but again no responce

They do not send products ordered and do not contact you back I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered and avoided!! now ive got to wait for paypal to refund my money to buy products elsewhere
Awful company

I ordered a number of paint tins which were much cheaper from Statix-electrical than other companies. As I required the paint tins before my scaffolding was removed I was concerned about the lead time, especially after seeing the reviews on here, and when their phone number didn’t work.
When I contacted them via email, they replied, confirming delivery this week, and they were correct. The paint tins arrive we’ll packed 8 days after ordering, even though it’s 2 days before Christmas.

They did not sent my item and they don't respond to the email or phone either if it wasn't for PayPal I would not have got my money back.

Ordered some sadolin superdec paint best price.
Was a bit worried after reading some reviews but everything was fine. The paint was well wrapped and delivered on time. Delighted.

Treadful service paid for goods that I've yet to get 2 weeks late. Thank god I paid with PayPal. Lesson learnt no more trade with these cowboys.

No reply to phone calls, emails, contact us form - I can’t trust they will refund me if I send my items back.

Items also came 8 days after order

Products arrived late and damaged. Returned faulty products but never been able to get refund. Sent many emails to Statix to ask for refund but were all ignored.

I ordered Johnstone’s Matt County Cream paint from Statix on 14th May. I’d been unable to find it elsewhere as it’s a discontinued colour. Great, I thought, they have some residual stock! The website said delivery was usually 7 business days, so I asked for an update on the delivery date on both the 20th and 25th May. No response to either, or communication since my original order. On 1st June I had a PayPal notification that my money had been refunded. No other communication from Statix, and the paint is still showing as available on their website. I’d suggest it isn’t :)

Stay Clear, they mixed me the wrong colour paint then wouldn’t even answer the phone or my emails! They tried to tell me I was wrong, even though I sent them proof!!!
Eventually PayPal agreed with me and refunded my money!!! The worst company I have ever dealt with!!! Stay well away! You have been warned!!!!!

Ordered a product 9 days ago and not received anything..I've emailed twice and no response..can't get through on the phone either
