Excellent value
I recently bought two watches from WatchStatus. Delivery was fast and I have no complaints. The biggest advantage of shopping with WatchStaus is the excellent value. I bought a Seiko 5 Sports GMT and an Orient Bambino for well under £500 whereas they are being advertised at other retailers for nearer £600. Will definitely being shopping with these guys again.

Orderd a Tissot PRX watch.. Arrived on time however when I looked at the strap, there were signs of wear & tear and looks like I have been sold a pre-worn watch rather than a brand new piece that I had ordered.
Ordered on this website for the first time and clearly a BIG disappointment !

Appreciate your disappointment however the watch you received certainly wasn't pre-owned and nor shows any signs of wear and tear. We have received your images via email, the mark you have pointed out which is located on the inside between two links is simply from the manufacturing process. The watch you received was brand new with the original manufacturing seals located on the clasp, bracelet, case, and case back. We don't sell pre-owned watches nor returned watches where the seals have been removed, we dispatch every order exactly how we describe, brand new in its original packaging with relevant seals and tags.
We have provided you with a link to our Royal Mail returns portal in order for you to organise a free collection/return.
