Claims handling
The most important factor with an insurer is their claims handling. Thankfully, my recent trip was claim free and so I cannot comment on this aspect. However, purchasing the policy was a simple enough process with a medical questionaire that was easy to complete. I am a repeat purchaser of a Staysure policy which I believe sums it up.
