A Pleasant Surprise.
My intention was to renew my cover with Staysure online in order to take advantage of a discount. Unfortunately I was unable to do so and rang instead. Lisa was very helpful and I finished up paying less than I would have paid online!!!

You took payment quickly
You took payment quickly, but i am still waiting conformation. Policy details, contact numbers etc. So far i have asked twice and requested a hard copy. I canot acces my account either again you have been asked twice. Hopefully i wont have to claim because you find it hard to address queries. It is odd i received an email link from truspilot, not yourselves.

The policy was easy enough to do on line and also check details on my account with them however a simple request for documents to be posted rather than on line as my holiday company requires paper copies has been a nightmare can't do it on live chat email responses apparently with 7 days still waiting all I want is paper copies to my address it's proving really difficult I've not even had an acknowledgement of my request let alone receiving in the post most disappointing at the moment

Corrected interpretation of medical history
I provided our updated medical history during a call yesterday, which was interpreted incorrectly by the Staysure representative, which led to us being overcharged by approximately £300 for our travel insurance. This was corrected during a second call earlier today.
