Wanting to update daughter’s policy
Wanting to update daughter’s policy. Found telephone advisor unhelpful - unable to speak with medical team or any other staff member.
When wanting to ensure my daughter is adequately covered however when asking for assistance with answering questions, simply being read back to me multiple times. Even after repeatedly asking for more clarification.
Phone cut off at end of call without chance to speak with customer services.

I was mainly pleased with my experience.
Unfortunately I had to phone twice within 2 days as with the automated system I had difficulty with the responses. I don't think your first agent didn't understand my medical condition, I had to phone back 2 days later and I'm glad I did as the first agent had incorrectly put me down having "High Blood Pressure" which I do not have an issue with. My condition is that I take medication for "cholesterol" because I am a type 2 diabetic and my age NOT that I have any difficulties but I take it for prevention. The second agent sorted it out. I hope I have answered all the questions on the application correctly as I did to the best of my ability truthfully.

Health Insurance
The renewal process was helpful and straightforward, and I received good support throughout. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and coverage provided. However, the renewal premium is still quite high, which makes the insurance more expensive than I would like. I would appreciate more competitive pricing while maintaining the same level of service and benefits.

We spoke to a man called Lindt who was very helpful and patient. As I have a couple of health conditions he was able to sort that out for us even with contacting the dr team. We would always recommend Staysure, this is the second time we,ve used you ( last time back in 2019) and the service was great thanks to Lindt.
