Great repairs done, paint work and body look as good as new. Repairs took awhile but were worth it, not too much communication which was a little frustrating and would of liked to have known what work... See more

A speedy job done well. Very polite on the phone and Ricardo when he delivered my loan car.

Being in the trade many moons ago I could find a few points but overall because of the speedy repair and collection and delivery I can accept those Excellent dealing with Corby over the telephone Thanks

Picking up my car and leaving behind a courtesy car was all done expertly and with less hassle. Telling me the work would be done by Thursday the following week was a little frustrating especially when the work was done instead on Monday that week. It's a welcome update but they don't have to say a longer completion but deliver earlier. The work was done expertly i would say, with some extra. Thank you.

Very poor service. Was put in touch via Axa insurance for non fault claim . Got vehicle back and a non genuine bumper has been fitted , the rear sensors have fallen out and tow hook cover fell of .

The taking away and delivery of my repaired car was carried out efficiently and courteously. I was kept informed on its progress of repair at regular intervals by their office staff which was very helpful. The repairs were excellent and I would recommend their use to anyone.

Initially slow getting in touch but once the car was collected, the repairs were all done and the car returned in a week. You'd hardly know it had been damaged

Aston steer was the authorised repairer through my insurance company, the repairs were perfect and my car looks brand new after the valeting, they even dropped my car to me making is so convenient, really super service I would highly recommend them, they kept me informed throughout the whole process and put it through quicker than I expected, thank you so much to the Aston branch, Suri

Following a minor accident in January, I had the car repaired at Steer, a job so poor that Tesla’s own body shop has quoted £5k+ to put it right, including parts left unrepaired or damaged during the original work.
Almost 5 months on, the problem still hasn’t been resolved.
They simply don’t appear to know what they are doing.
If you have any care for your vehicle, avoid them. And if you’ve already used them, have the work independently assessed, you may be very surprised by what you find.

Steer Moorside Colchester. Big thanks to Jay the body manager and his team for turning my car around so quickly. As a Driving Instructor this was really appreciated.

We have used the Chippenham branch on a couple of occasions now and we cannot fault them. Nikki especially has gone above and beyond for me to help in any way she can, it is very much appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking treatment.
After my insurance company told me to go to the Steer group in Uddingston for some body work following a collison, my husband and i took the car in to get fixed.
On picking up the car 4 weeks later i noticed immediately that my media console and dashcam did not come on. On further inspection the dashcam had a connecting plug pulled out and the media acreen still was not coming on. I went right into the office to let them know about this to be asked if it was working when i brought it in. We said yes of course and we had to follow the satnav to get there. 3 hours later they came out claiming that this happens with renault cars often and it wasnt there fault. I was even shown a diagnostic report on the media centre that said error. When i challenged this as to why when it was only bodywork and that the paper didnt have a mark on it and looked it had just been produced they had no answer.
I then made a review and contacted their head office as they had stated that they would get in touch with insurance to see if it was as a result of the accident, i again atated it wasnt and that they were resonsible.
My car has now been sitting with arnold clark for over 3 weeks to find out what is wrong the repair cost is estimated at £2200 for a new media centre. I have just received a call from Steer to say they are closing this down as it wasnt their fault. On calling Arnold Clark my car cant be released until Steer pays the bill. So i have no media centre and no car.
I have raised a complaibt with Admiril insurance against Steer group as they sent me there so hopefully something may come of this.
Bennet group who owns Steer are shocking and have treated this issue disgustingly. I will never go there again and will advise others of the same.

Great work and effort from the whole team who worked hard to have my vehicle back to 100 percent and back to me in the time frame I needed before a wedding away. Very grateful and great work/finish on the car. Thank you.
