A smooth Crossing with Excellent Facilities
My experience with Stena Line was very good. The check-in process was smooth and well organised, making boarding quick and stress-free. The ferry was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of facilities to enjoy during the journey.

Overnight ferry from Liverpool to…
Overnight ferry from Liverpool to belfast, booked this as a car needed to be moved. I was up-sold when purchasing a ticket to the "stena plus lounge". What a rip off, most of the seats do not have power sockets available and was informed by staff I can leave my laptop and phone to charge with other passengers, as staff described the lounge as a first come first serve area, and if you need to load a car you be last served on this trip no matter how early you arrive. In my opinion this service is great for a few and a rip off for those last served and not worth the money as all other common areas have more charging points available and are just as comfortable. I felt this was a complete waste of money.

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly, even though it was very busy, everything was handled well.
I particularly liked the help I got with my 90 year old mother and two small dogs to have 5 min earlier access to the car. It made it a much calmer experience for me and her and two dogs.

Exactly what we required.
The cabin was spacious, clean ,and well appointed. It more than met our expectations. As it was a night crossing , and we had a long journey ahead of us the following day, we did not use any of the other facilities on board, so unable to comment on those. The journey was smooth and quiet, enabling us to enjoy a good night's sleep, and wake refreshed ready to continue our trip. Exactly what we required.

On board facilities were adequate - found the restaurant fairly expensive, but was expecting this to be the case.
Seating is comfortable, but on some trips as a solo passenger struggled to find seating for one, but this is more of a personal preference rather than a failing on Stena line. Overall found Stena line to be well organised and straight forward.
