I have been working with Stepteachers for a number of years and have found them to be reliable, profesional and a good source of employment for me; which meets my needs and requirements. They always take into account my needs in terms of location of the work as well as in terms of the age groups I prefer working with. They are always updating our learning as well by keeping up us up to date with relevant trainings and updates in our sector. I find them to be very professional and understanding of the needs of both schools and us as employees. On a personal note, Adam G should run training on persuasive techniques 😁 he is very persuasive, funny and friendly!

I first started working with Step teachers approx 10 years ago, working in a secondary school requesting good quality daily and long term supply staff for the school. They have consistently met and exceeded expectations sending quality staff who in some cases have been taking in as permanent staff.
