CarpetOne was a wonderful surprise! I recently moved into a new house in a new town, and needed some work done. From the moment I walked in their beautiful store and met Kylee, I have been so impressed and pleased. Between Kylee and Kevin (my installer), my house will be exactly what I'd envisioned.

Customer service was excellent. I worked with three different people and they were all very helpful and answered questions or addressed concerns quickly when I asked. We are very satisfied with the quality of the product we received and the helpfulness of the staff. I would highly recommend them.

Sales staff was excellent and understood our needs. Scheduling was challenging due to our schedule, but they were able to deliver and install our flooring as promised. Installer was excellent as well.

Our family built a new home which can be overwhelming at times. However, working with Alicia & Berit was fun & stress-free. Alicia worked well with understanding my design concept and style and helped create that for our family within our price range. They were very professional, organized and warm. Alicia and Sterling Carpet One were the absolute best part of our lake home building project. We couldn't be more pleased with our laminate, vinyl and carpet flooring. The installers did a beautiful job and we get compliments on it all the time. Alicia also helped us choose our kitchen pendants and dining room light fixture and they are the perfect finishing touches. She really knows how to pull a look together and her personal attention exceeded our expectations. When it comes time to finish our lower level we will be exploring even more of their services.

We stepped into Sterling Carpet mid-way through our massive renovation. We were hanging on by a thread and were totally overwhelmed with the choices we had to make for floors, walls, windows etc. Elisa and Deb were life-savers! We absolutely could not have done it without their help. They interviewed us and determined very quickly what we liked and didn't like and boiled a million choices down to half a dozen. That was the turning point for us and made our renovation experience much more enjoyable.

I can't say enough positive about our experience at Sterling Carpet One of Bemidji. Not only is staff extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful - they are enthusiastic. They took a sincere interest in our project and helped us make choices that reflected our personal taste. They were skilled at figuring out what was important to each of us and then assisted us find a compromise that we could both love. We also really appreciated that they were up front and honest with information they provided. They provided us with reasonable and accurate estimates of when products would be available and we were able to plan accordingly which is important in a building project. Sometimes I think it might be easier to tell a customer what they want to hear - for example that a product will be available in 2 days when it will actually take 2 weeks. We always knew where we were at with Sterling products. Products are of high quality. Sterling sent a note of thanks for our business as we completed our project - very rare this day and age and much appreciated. We enjoy all things about our new home but the things we truly love are products Sterling One helped us purchase.
