This store is the default for our childs school. On the whole, very good service unless you order before a new term when they are often holding a back log of orders. But they always get you what you need. Good quality. Prices ain't cheap, but it is what it is. Delivery is fast and returns are very easy.

My experience wasn't pleasant…
I previously raised complaints about the Reading showroom team exhibiting unwelcome behavior and attitude issues, even during pickup orders. However, it appears that you are compelled to purchase from them depending of which school your children attend.

Good and easy ordering process
Good and easy ordering process. We have to replace the shirts quite often due to the curling of collar points. They were caused by the plastic piece used for straight the collar points, ironically.

Unable to process exchanges when…
Unable to process exchanges when ordering on line. I tried to order a replacement which was discontinued. The newer version didn’t have a picture so the website needs updating. The chap on email was very helpful and quick to reply but no phone number available to ring as I’m sure that would have been quicker
