Stilo&Stile has become my favourite fountain pen and stationery shop, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve placed multiple orders over the years and have never been disappointed. They have an excellent selection of fountain pens, inks, and accessories, with fair prices and a fantastic range of both everyday favourites and special editions.

Orders are always packed with great care, shipped quickly, and arrive safely. Their customer service is also friendly, professional, and reliable whenever I’ve needed assistance.

I placed an order and realized right away I selected the wrong nib size. I contacted them through my account and it appeared I didn't misclik but the size I wanted was out of stock. I confirmed I would keep the order as it but they missed my answer. I had to contact them again and it took a few days more before shipping. Perfectly packaged and quick answers but a little disappointed.

I had a very positive experience with this store. They offer an excellent selection of fountain pens, inks, and drawing supplies, and the products were exactly as described. The customer service was friendly and professional, and I really appreciated the availability of items that can be difficult to find elsewhere.

My only disappointment was with the shipping company. The delivery process was not as smooth as expected, and it affected an otherwise excellent shopping experience. This is not the store’s fault, but I hope they consider working with a more reliable courier in the future.

Overall, I would definitely buy from this store again because of their great products and outstanding service.

This awesome company is one of the few, if not the only one, that is capable of delivering fountain pens and inks to my country! You saved my life, we have a huge ink shortage in here. My goods are still on their way, but the customer service is awesome, all of my many questions were answered quickly. I can't rate delivery, because my goods are still not shipped. But I am sure that all of the products I've ordered will be great!

I was very surprised and truly grateful with the kindness and attention when I wrote to ask some doubts. The answer and the words they choose to write an email to a client were comprehensive, polite and really kind. It is not common to find this level of care to a client, therefore, I appreciate this.

Another purchase with excellent service. The previous fountain pen I bought was writing a bit too wet for my liking so I asked advice on which grinding to get for the fountain pain (of the same brand) as I was not sure which of the two I was looking at would be the right choice.

After some back and forth e-mails about what I was used to, what I was expecting etc. they advised me which grinding to get. Not a quick standard answer but real attention for the customer's needs/expectations.

Their advice was spot on. When the pen arrived with the custom grinded nib the writing was what I was looking for and the pen also arrived well packaged and even a bit earlier than estimated.

Stilo & Stile ships their product rapidly. This is from Italy to a little village in Portugal. The packaging was great also.

An easy to use website, a wide selection of pens and frankly excellent tracking of the package on the continent and in the isles. The Benu and array of inks was received with great joy.
