I paid a deposit for a Mercedes clk convertible to this bunch of shichters they took my money i arranged to collect the car today 23 Dec i made a 100+mile round trip to there far from inviting car lot to be told they sold the car on Ebay last night i even contacted them today to confirm all is ok i am extremely unhappy about the way they treated me they are very uncaring and very much dont give a dammi would never recommend this company and I am seeking legal advice as they are in breach of contract I would advise anyone to give this Arthur Daley outfit a wide birth

Bought a car and had no number plate and a fault with door central locking - promised to send new number plate and fix door problem none of which happened and after phoning to explain I was fobbed off.Zero customer service skills they just want your money and leave you with problems which you have to cover the expense of.BEWARE

Tried to buy the same car twice on Ebay from these jokers, they shill bid their own cars fraudulently to artificially raise the price. I then contact them to complain as I needed a car and was upset that they had wasted my time, only to find they then blocked me from bidding on their cars.
Total and utter time wasters, known throughout the trade to buy high mileage rubbish from BCA car auctions, turn off the engine management lights and wait for some unsuspecting buyer!! Stay clear!!

I recently won a car on eBay no reserve auction from Sterling cars reading when I contacted them to pay and collect vehicle they fobbed me off saying there were faults with the car and wouldn’t let me buy it it was re listed the next day what part of no reserve do they not understand if you won’t sell if it doesn’t make what you want put a reserve on don’t waste people’s time when they could buy from genuine dealers stay clear they do this all the time they can’t even be honest when talking to you I would have paid more if they had given me the chance but rather lie and say it had faults be aware don’t trust these rouge traders

Won a car on eBay. Sent my phone number as requested but heard nothing back. No phone number they replied to so sent new message requesting a call back. They sent me a number, I called and agreed to come and collect. Then within the hour a guy call me and say the car suddenly has developed a bottom end knock. When i pointed out that I found it strange, he said they just got it from the car auction and only found out when they prepared the car for me - bear in mind that I only called them less than an hour ago and agreed to collect the car in 3 days. I said I found that even stranger as the car has been listed at least 4 times before and the first time over 6 weeks ago. He was very dismissive and aggressive throughout the conversation and especially when I said I still wanted to come and view it. He then said I had to buy it WITH a bottom knock if I still wanted to come etc. He was not very customer friendly to put it mildly but one thing he made sure was that he didn't want me to come anywhere near that car most likely because he has got a better offer as it was very cheap... Anyhow, not to be trusted and not the pleasant the fake feedback above this one try to lead you to believe.

Fair honest deal for me, got a good p/x price in comparison to other garages, would recommend!
