Extremely satisfied with my experience to date - sensible investment offering, cost effective, clean user experience and very helpful team to support when I had specific queries. A centrepiece of my personal finances.

With term deposit interest rates so low, keeping savings in the bank just makes no sense. Stockspot's managed portfolios are, IMO, a much better place to park one's savings. There are a range of risk/return options so you can choose based on your own tolerance for risk. Sure, you could go to the effort of finding ETFs and reviewing your portfolio every two months and re-balancing yourself, but why go to all that effort when Stockspot can do it for you at very little cost? I have been a Stockspot customer since 2015 and have made consistently good returns (circa 5-8% p.a.). Also, their customer service has been brilliant. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I am a self-funded retiree, recently widowed and with minimal experience in investing my funds.
I searched for some time to find somewhere to put my money. I was wary of high fees, having had some experience of this with a succession of Financial Advisors. I also wanted ownership of the shares I bought. I wanted someone on the phone to talk to when I needed it.

She helped me understand why Stockspot had made changes to my holdings, and she suggested some adjustments to my investment in line with my risk profile.
* Chris Brycki sends out regular articles on email with his take on national and international financial matters. I find these interesting, comprehensive and informative.

At last I can relax, knowing the family funds are in good hands. The portfolio is being monitored by experts in their field. I don't have to be involved - it's not my expertise anyway - but if I have questions or am worried, there's no hesitation on their end. I can pick up the phone at any time, make any changes and get on with my life! I wish I'd found them years ago.

For the last 9 years, I have been undertaking my own stockpicking via a stockpicking service on the ASX with moderate success however, Stockspot provides significantly more diversification options and provides quality advice when needed and rebalances when appropriate. Stockspot is excellent value for money and all that is required is regular investment and patience.

I started my Stockspot account in December 2021. I found the process of setting up to be efficient and any queries I had were promptly attended to. Hannah has provided and continues to provide excellent customer service and sound professional advice. The market corrected in January 2022 just after investments were made and Hannah was able to provide the logic and advice to not 'panic' including sending Stockspot articles, which were succinct, jargon free and no confusing waffle. This enabled me to trust the process and to take advantage of the opportunities to add to the portfolio.

Stockspot is fantastic for my family and I. I am approximately 5 years away from retirement and whilst I still maximise my super, Stockspot has become what I call my accessible 'super' by providing a good rate of return, in some ways, similar structure and importantly, the flexibilty required for life events if needed.

I work for a NFP organisation and therefore don't have a big disposable income. Transparency and timely communications to explain current COVID 19 environment helped us to ease our concerns as SMSF investors. An excellent investment dashboard to track the progress of our investments in different categories has helped us to understand the movements positive and negative on a very complex globalised market.
Most definitely far superior returns with STOCKSPOT with low fees compared to my previous super fund with very high fees. Personalised service ( thanks Sarah King) and coupled with Chris’s data backed articles also helped to reinforce our confidence with STOCKSPOT.

Even though the platform is for Australian's Marc was very helpful. He even provided me with alternative platforms I can try for my country. Sounds like a very caring company, I wish there was many more of them around. Stay safe everyone!

I use Stockspot for my daughter's (7 years old) savings rather than keeping it in an average bank account.
Once she had $2,000, I transferred it into Stockspot and have seen a significant improvement in her savings growth as opposed to what was ever so slowly growing with one of the Big 4's.
I'm now gradually building the savings for my son 4 years) to be able to open a Stockspot account for him too. The only downfall of Stockspot is the requirement of $2k to commence. If it were less for the children's accounts, there'd be more people wanting to use this I'm certain.
