Love this shop been buying from here for years, no pushy sales, Tracy assisted us nothing is too much trouble she explained everything to you regarding warranty, guarantee and optional stain guard cover. Quality furnishings in a pleasant well set out showroom I honestly always go here first and never yet have I needed to go anywhere else. They have everything for your home furnishings under 1 roof.

A big shout out to Graham Bedworth who was so helpful whilst we were searching for a new chair. He pointed out all options to us and gave us samples to take home to help our decision,
On our return we went straight back to Graham who then processed the sale for us ensuring we were aware of all details. Thank you , now just waiting for chair

Brilliant customer service delivered by Sandra Maddox (sales person) her knowledge of product and friendly sales delivery was excellent! After searching for the right price and quality furniture we decided Stokers provided the product and personal service ,we could not get from any big retailer. We are so happy with are purchase.

Martin Worley was brilliant. We came in to look at a particular chair and he quickly realised it wasn't suitable. He then showed us a different range that was perfect. We had a lot of questions as the range had many options but he was tireless in answering everything and fully explaining everything. So we ended up not just buying 2 chairs but a sofa as well.

The staff at the Southport store are always very friendly and helpful. The showroom is large, bright and has a beautiful display of quality furniture. I was served by Chris Sixsmith who was also friendly and helpful.and my new bed was ordered quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended for service and quality.

Clare Morrison & Carl Sixsmith were extremely helpful, patient and understanding, and really took the time to listen to our concerns. When it came to choosing a replacement mattress, Carl was fantastic. He talked us through the different options without putting any pressure on us and helped us choose one that we feel is much better suited to our needs. Thank you to all at Stokers

Visited today, salesperson Steve Hartwell, well versed and knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Obviously been in the business many years, if there were more like him internet shopping would collapse.

We went to the Chester store to buy a new three piece suite, and were looked after very well by Andrew Short.

We had a good idea of the sort of suite we wanted, but had a few specific questions: Andrew was very helpful in answering the questions, but just as importantly, didn't try to pressurise us into making any decisions. He was friendly, polite, helpful and efficient throughout the process while we discussed the exact configuration and price, and we left feeling that we had had very good service from him, as well as a deal that we were happy with.

(Obviously, this is a review of the sales process only – we shall review the suite when it's been delivered…)

Great experience shopping in Stockers. Staff very friendly and left you alone to browse but always on hand if needed any advice or support. Julie Williams was a great help and nothing was too much trouble for her. Definitely recommend..

Excellent Customer Service

We went to Stokers last Sunday to find our recliner sofas. We wanted it in leather, firm/ supportive and on legs because of my disability problems.

We were helped so much by Julie Williams. She was attentive without being pushy as this would have put us off. She achieved the right balance. Julie explained everything thoughly and her patience was really good.

I think that Stokers are very lucky to have her as a member of their team as decent sales people are hard to find these days. I am happy to recommend the service we received and we look forward to receiving our new sofas in the near future.

Went to look at suites today, but then we always head to stokers, wouldnt go any where else, thank you julie williams for all your help ( even going as far as looking up on computer what are suite would look like with the material we picked) staff never pushy but there if you need them, good quality furniture, thanks again julie.

We had a great experience at the Ormskirk store and brilliant service from Tracey Corns. She was very helpful and very patient with us, especially with making our decision.

We visited Stokers Furniture store in Chester to look at different dining chairs. The staff were quietly attentive without being intrusive. Whenever we required information there was always someone available to ask. Julie Williams was very helpful and polite and went the extra mile to find further information if that was required. She assisted us in trying various dining chairs which led to us purchasing four chairs for our new dining table, and a new coffee table.
Julie was very knowledgable and helpful and we are looking forward to receiving our new purchases.

Stokers is a really good furniture store with a wide range of quality products. We were served by Jenny who was excellent - very knowledgeable, efficient & friendly. We would have no hesitation recommending this store.

We recently purchased a sofa. Martin helped us choose, he was so knowledgeable about Ercol and nothing was too much trouble.ww would recommend Stokera and Martin, he is a credit to the company!
