My husband and I visited Stokers in Southport today. It's a lovely store to walk around with plenty to choose from. We made our choice after being served by Graham Bedworth who was very knowledgeable and informative on the chair and sofa we purchased. Thank you for all your help.

Mark Cain provided us with very friendly, helpful & professional advise on selecting our new sofa. Listened to our requirements & nothing was too much trouble. He is a credit to Stokers who we've used for many years due to their fantastic service, quality & affordability.
Now we're looking forward to our new sofa in September.

Great experience from the get go. Was greeted by Roy at the front and had further interaction with Graham who couldn’t give enough time to us. He was great. He mentioned the deals on offer and after exploring other options at the bigger retailers later in the day, we returned to Stokers the next day as they couldn’t be beaten on price or quality.

Roy was extremely helpful and didn’t put any pressure on us - just let us know he was there when we needed him. He talked us through the options with the couch and financing options in depth.

Overall great experience and look forward to the couches arriving!!

Peter Thackway from Stokers in Chester was so helpful in assisting us in choosing our new dining room table and chairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and spent time ensuring the design and colours were just right for our room. Nothing was too much trouble! I had visited the Stokers store in Ormskirk looking for new sofas. On my second visit a lovely sales assistant named Sandra helped me with my decision when purchasing the sofa. I was undecided on colour and Sandra let me take a couple samples to help make a decision. She was very friendly and put me at ease which made what can be stressful an enjoyable experience. I look forward to getting my new furniture and would highly recommend Stokers to friends.

Stokers is a beautiful store to walk around, as the stock is such high quality and well presented. Jenny provided excellent customer service and assistance to us when we purchased our new sofa.

We bought a beautiful sideboard and coffee table from Stokers in Chester. Steve Hartwell was so helpful, knowledgeable and, friendly. He was the only staff member to come over and ask if we needed help after we’d been in the shop for 10 minutes wandering around. With his help we were able to narrow down the large selection quickly and it was an easy decision to make, with no pressure from him! I highly recommend when you come in to ask for Steve.
