I had a really positive experience with Stone Superstore from start to finish.

The free tile samples were a great size, well packaged, and made choosing the right tiles so much easier. I also had a few questions along the way, and every time I contacted the team they were incredibly helpful.

What really stood out was how quickly they responded to emails. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that replies promptly, rather than waiting days for a response or having to spend time on hold. Every query was dealt with quickly and efficiently, which made the whole process stress-free.

The tiles arrived in perfect condition, exactly as ordered, and they look fantastic. The prices were very competitive too.

My only minor criticism would be that the delivery charge for kerbside delivery felt a little on the expensive side, but aside from that I genuinely couldn’t fault the service. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stone Superstore.

I ordered 2 types of porcelain oak wood effect flooring - Beautiful samples - Norwegian Light Oak Wood Effect and Norwegian Natural Oak Wood Effect - However, both are too dark for my project - Samples came very quickly and I feel guilty because the samples are heavy and they were free delivery - So what can I say; excellent service but I would have paid delivery charges - Thank you again -

Great experience using Stone Store. I had previously ordered from another tile company and was really badly let down on the day of delivery. Thankfully I was told about Stone Store and I'm so pleased with my bathroom floor tiles. From order to delivery everything was slick. Thank you for coming to my rescue, very happy I found you. Floor tiles are fabulous!

Fantastic service - Kate was extremely helpful, honest and thorough. Great selection of tiles and we will certainly be returning for future projects.

Polite and friendly service. Our sales assistant, Laura Green, confidently guided us from expressing interest in several flagstones to placing the order, and gave us expert advice on laying them at a level we could understand, so we could speak to our landscaper.

Great to have the availability of a great variety of stones so close to home and easy to see. Doing a renovation on a house nearby we wanted to use a local shop as many times as possible.
The guys here are very friendly, helpful and want to help as much as they can
We ordered stone for our kitchen and a boot room, after it can and we saw how good it was we increased the order and the guys made it so easy

An excellent experience with Stone Superstore. Andrea was particularly helpful as two boxes of tiles arrived damaged and she offered to send them out to be delivered within 48hrs to allow me to begin my bathroom renovation project on time. Highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I couldn't have had a more professional, supportive, helpful, elegant, seamless experience. I never thought I would be compelled to write a review of a tile shop but this is an absolutely exceptional place with outstanding staff and the best prices by far!! I loved everything and will never buy a tile anywhere else!

The Wilmslow stone store is in a great setting..Beautifully layed out, amazing people ready to help and advise with zero pressure.

I bought tiles for my entire ground floor and all three bathrooms, and the quality has been excellent. The service has been just as impressive — customer support has always been responsive and helpful. Millie in particular has been brilliant, from helping me choose the right tiles to making the in‑store experience really friendly. I’ve had to move delivery dates a few times and they were very accommodating, which made things so much easier. Highly recommend for both quality and customer service.

We went into the store not knowing quite what we wanted. Millie was great and gave us loads of advice and suggestions. Having looked at several options including from other outlets we went back to the Wilmslow store and now have chosen the tiles for our new extension. Thanks for all your help Millie

Initially attracted to the Superstone store in Wilmslow by the wide selection of floor tiles and the excellent value
initially chose the wrong tiles but nothing was too much trouble for the girls when it came to changing the order and then ordering 3 more tiles...
Overall an excellent experience and would have no hesitation in recommending this Company

Laura was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The shop has some fantastic ranges. I highly recommend the visiting the store.

Laura was amazing and provided excellent advice. After we got home, we ordered the tiles for our balcony, and they arrived just three days later. We’re now looking to do our bathroom and will definitely use Stone Store again.

Great to deal with and super easy delivery of samples. Kate and Laura were very helpful and we believe we have managed to resolve the stone for our front path and maybe for external patios.

Such a huge choice and fabulous staff on hand to help decision making so easy. Absolutely over the moon with the tiles which are just gorgeous and super quality!! Great on price too! The bigger tiles were definitely the right choice in the main bathroom as it looks so much bigger! Even more in love with the ones in our en-suite than we were when I first saw them I store!!
