Stone the Crows, Dronfield - visited today, as always some lovely products on display. Asked for help from the blonde tanned lady assistant when I couldn’t find the item I wanted to buy on the shelf. She was dismissive and condescending so left without spending a penny.

Already own 4 stone the crow mugs in blue. Love these in red, beautiful colour and comfortable to hold.

Ordered a cast iron sparrow pecking
Received a different bird.
Wrote to complain Wednesday wrong bird sent.
No reply by Sunday but received invitation here to rate their service,
Maybe this will galvanise them to address my complaint and send the right bird?

I have been a regular customer of our local store since it opened and have purchased many items over the years. The ladies that run it are friendly, helpful and professional and this is not a criticism of them as they have tried to resolve my problem over a period of many months. I bought 2 leather kitchen chairs and one of them broke inside a year of me buying it so I have been trying for about 10 months to get them to replace it but to no avail this is with the head office and I have had radio silence despite chasing them regularly. Totally unacceptable and I will not be buying from them again. I’m also contemplating reporting them to trading standards as the chair is faulty as no issue with the other one and they are not doing anything to resolve.

I have ordered twice now from Stone the Crows and both times, it has been a very positive experience. Easy to order, updated when items have been sent and kept updated of arrival. When my glasses arrived, they were very well packaged.

Absolutely abhorrent and disgraceful service today at the High Garrett store. My parents were spoken to so badly when they came to the store to explain that they had been overcharged. They had purchased an item and then discovered the price tag was almost half the price they’d been charged. They returned to the store and were told they should leave! They had to really argue their point that they’d been overcharged for the manage to finally honour a refund. Disgusting service considering our whole family have visiting and supporting that store for many years. We will never return to this store and we hope the staff have some form of training and reflection on their behaviour today.

The wall sconce is beautiful. It's exactly what I hoped for. Very fast delivery. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for that really special piece!

Item was dispatched and received quickly.
Unfortunately it didn’t suit (colours were totally different to the picture) and I have tried to return at my expense (as per their policy).
Have emailed 3 times and messaged once to arrange return. Nobody has bothered replying to any of my correspondence despite their “we would love to hear from you” website message. No phone number provided either.
Just a waste of my time. I wouldn’t recommend.
