Brilliant Service, sent wrong flu pipe and had it sorted within 24hrs .

The item was well protected and delivered on time however the company you use I really wasn't impressed with. They provided no trolley for the delivery driver and a cast iron stove is extremely heavy. I loaned him my trolley or the item could not have been moved. No problems with you at all but more attention to these occurrences need to be highlighted for the safety and well being of those trying to do a good job. Thankyou

Very helpful from the start. All my enquiries were answered rapidly and all questions answered. The actual delivery was great and they kept hold of the item until we were ready to receive it. Also provided our installer with real time backup during the install as unforseen questions were raised from our planning dept. I would highly recommend. They are committed to complete customer satisfaction.

I bought a Dik Guerts stove from Stovefitters. Very good communication and delivered on time well packaged on pallets. I had some communication with Julian afterwards and very quick responses.

Having bought an Ivar 5 last year from Stove Fitters, I then bought its bigger brother Ivar 8 this February. As well as offering very competitive pricing, Julian and his team were very patient and helpful, especially with the specification, siting and fitting of the flue pipes.

The Ivar 8 has one simple control lever so can easily be throttled back from full blast to coast along at half power. It produces less ash and burns much better than the old Stovax 8 it replaced. A huge improvement!

The only real problem I had was with the delivery as both stoves did not come on the day advised. Seems I was unlucky but maybe best to keep checking with SFW. The stoves come direct from the main UK warehouse on a half pallet via a courier.

I also found it helpful to look at the Ivar 8 videos on U tube (eg. the tortoise!)

i ordered a dura flue over a year ago stove fitters done my design , all deliverd in a few days but after moving it around the house several times i had lost the cowl , got my install date and realised i misplaced the cowl , phoned stove fitters spoke to a very nice lady ordered cowl , it arrived in less than 24hours , i didnt have to cancel my install ,great service from start to finish

Ordered my stove easily from the website. They kept me informed of delivery and on the day of delivery, I was contacted by the driver to let me know he would be about an hour. Delivered to the door as expected time. Would highly recommend this site.

Easily navigated website that presented Stovefitterswarehouse products clearly and effectively. I liked the option to buy an all-included kit of parts for fitting a chimney liner. And, indeed all the parts needed were there. Combined with the infographics this made the job so much easier. I am not a trade professional but I was quite comfortable doing the job myself. I placed my order on 8/1/24, added an additional item which I'd forgotten to order on 9/1/24 and received my delivery on 10/1/24. The delivery arrived very well packaged on a pallet and in perfect condition, on inspection all items are of top quality, I am so glad I used Stove Fitter's Warehouse for my log burner installation parts, I highly recommend them, many thanks, Martyn.
