Purchased a stoves Richmond deluxe cooker. Cost a lot of money. None of the ovens work properly. Stoves couldn’t care less, very braise about getting someone out. I’ve had it sat in my kitchen for nearly two weeks and still waiting for an engineer to come out to do a temperature check! The fan is horrendous runs for around an hour and is really noisy. Like an aircraft. I don’t rate the company or their products. When they do decided to come out I will be requesting a refund. Avoid at all costs!

Bought multiple built in kitchen…
Bought multiple built in kitchen appliances, multi function single oven, induction hob and combination microwave, oven, grill. Can not fault the multi function single oven or the induction hob. The combination microwave, oven and grill has been a completely different story, the biggest waste of money ever. First unit failed within the first 3 months of ownership. Stoves replaced the complete unit after much deliberation. Second unit has been temperamental, microwave working intermittently, finally packed up completely. Still within warranty but completely had enough. Wouldn't recommend Stoves appliances based on current experience.

My elderly mothers cooker stopped igniting. I booked an engineer via the Stoves website. It is outscourced to Pacifica. Had to prepay £200. A 2 week wait. I had to upload, oven model no/ serial no, a video of error etc. On arrival the engineer had no knowledge of oven or what the error was . He was there a very short time & said probably obsolete. Why wasn’t this known before arrival with all the information i uploaded.
He said you will hear in a few days. No contact, meanwhile my elderly mother was without a cooker and still is! Pacifica looked at notes, noone had contacted us, the item was in fact obsolete ,they would contact in 48 hours. I emailed the address oj the website, it bounced undeliverable. I forwarded to the only other email address shown the Press Office, no response! I tweeted no response! I waited a further 48 hours still no contact. Rang the call centre again, told yes obsolete, no can’t refund charge for fixing appliance, I need to contact Stoves direct ????!!! I ring Stoves repair number, you are cut off. I pick Presales only other option, get told matter of factly item obsolete nothing we can do, they will refund £55 of £200!!!I asked if could recommend a replacement, told no as not Presales! I have honestly NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional, useless, rude company. Meanwhile my elderly mother has no cooker. **NEVER BUY STOVES**

We bought a cooker almost a year ago
We bought a cooker almost a year ago. A problem occurred with a digital display. We called Stoves and on five occasions engineers came out to attempt to repair the fault. Despite the fact that we were having problems with the cooker, service was very good, calls were answered and engineers came out promptly. Eventually a decision was made to replace the cooker and things went rapidly downhill. On three occasions dates were set for delivery. Each time we received calls to confirm the delivery. Texts were sent to give us a delivery slot only for us to then get call to say that delivery couldn’t take place as the cooker was not in stock. We called Stoves to see what the problem was and re-arrange delivery. We were promised call backs. Nothing happened and we’re still waiting to hear from them. Very frustrating and upsetting. Don’t go there.

Cooker still not fixed and no response…
Cooker still not fixed and no response from Rebecca who appeared to be helpful at start. This is a follow up from my 2 previous reviews and am nowhere further from the 1st of September. Stove Richmond new from May '25 still not working. I have emailed made numerous calls still no joy. yesterday the repairing booking team told me they couldn't do anything and I should call manufacturers but there was no number to call, sent another email to aftersales support but still no response. I would rather have the refund or have this cooker replaced as I am now desperate and need a working cooker!
