I enquired about an aircon ,was told there were plenty . I said it's in my basket I'll be paying this eve or in the morning,they said that's fine . When I went to pay in the morning they had put it up £100 overnight . Pure Profiteering.

New Grillstream BBQ
I found a Grillstream BBQ slightly cheaper elsewhere by Stovesareus match this plus £10 extra. They dispatched straight away and followed up with emails. Great company and there is actually somebody to speak to rather than a computer bot! I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Company resolved the issues.
You have to pay for your own refunds. They are sent back direct to suppliers and only when they can get hold of them, and confirm they have received it, you get the refund.
Fine as a principle but this took 2 months to resolve, but refunded in the end.

The product I bought was great but when…
The product I bought was great but when I bought it I was dental email telling me they would tell me when it was dispatched and let me know when it would be delivered. This didn’t happen so lucky my neighbour helped me. Also delivery man refused to help get it up the stairs.

Claimed in stock, then out of stock, then in stock but delivered without notice (so rejected).
Then broke item on attempt at redelivery and simply cancelled order.
Second bad experience here, out of two attempts, so cautioning others against using this company.
