I’m waiting for this nightmare with Stowbrothers to end… it’s been 3 months post sale the house of our house, we have no chain, and with still have no update. The sales progress team is unresponsive, have zero urgency, telling me the delay is from my buyers solicitors searching the wrong address on one of their searches…this has been the response for the last month (when they reply) costing me £2.5k every month with the house untenanted. Pick up your game, give me a proper update and actually chase this settlement along.

I had a really positive experience with the Wanstead office whilst searching for a rental property. Tom was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was professional, responsive, and always willing to answer any questions I had. He made what can often be a stressful process feel much smoother and more straightforward.

Mia was amazing to work with during my house move. She was incredibly responsive and always made time to answer my questions, no matter how small.
