We recently sold our property with Stow Brothers and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. We have been incredibly impressed with the dedication and support we received throughout the entire process.
We have been blown away by Victoria, our sales advisor, who has been available 24/7 to answer all our questions and help problem solve all the hurdles we faced. Her level of support truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for all of her hard work and dedication. She was absolutely incredible.
It made such a difference having someone we could call to discuss issues and work through solutions together, rather than feeling like we were dealing with everything alone. As we were in the middle of the chain, communication was vital, and Victoria worked tirelessly to keep information flowing between all parties. She regularly chased solicitors, kept everyone informed, and helped ensure everything stayed on track.
It was an absolute pleasure working with her.
Another thing we really appreciated was that whenever we called the office, someone always answered the phone. It may sound like a small thing, but during what can often be a stressful process, having immediate support and reassurance was incredibly important.
Every time we visited the Stow Brothers office, we were welcomed warmly by the whole team. The atmosphere was always friendly and professional, and everyone made us feel comfortable and valued.

Great service from beginning to end. We were kept up to date every step of the way and our sales progressor chased other parties on our behalf without us having to chase her! Very professional, efficient and friendly service, no hesitation in recommending the Walthamstow branch.

Excellent service overall. I landed a rental agreement for one of their advertised flats, and service was wonderful throughout every step of the process.
