Not what was expected.
Went to straco because thought with a big name it would be easy. From the moment we walked in the service was very low. No one new the product, getting advice on simple things like gate hinges was impossible. And even sizes were not right when picked up. We were a bit shocked at how a big company could survive like that.

We thought we were dealing with a large…
We thought we were dealing with a large enough company that would assist with all aspects of our needs.
Instead we received 2nd class service from basically the start..
It took 3 mths of phone calls and emails just for a tiny 2.5 x2.5 garden shed.
They kept promising the world and we received 2nd class quality for top dollar.
Not until we actually spoke with Area Manager did things actually happen although we still don' t have down pipes for the shed.
We will NEVER deal with this incompetent company again.
Thanks for all the stress.
