Bought a Mercedes Benz a class and has…
Bought a Mercedes Benz a class and has been inspected by AA inspector and confirmed the car was damaged in a structural accident and it has not been recorded.
Mercedes Hamilton does not accept the AA inspection report and claims the car passed inspection with no issues.
Car now sits in a driveway with the whole bumper detached from the car and stratostone Manager is not willing to engage for any further investigation. Disgraceful customer service and customer care.

Tyre size did not match on front axle! Oil had been overfilled. No effort made to rectify. Had to reject the car. Absolutely shocking for an approved used car.

The car was well worth the 800 mile round trip to part ex my Maserati in.
Very impressed that the guy I dealt with (Ross) wasn’t happy with the battery so replaced it while I waited.
It also had a full tank of fuel which was greatly appreciated
