In specific Dan an obviously senior service advisor, constant interaction and update as I was waiting for five hours. This was not due to lack of care or attention. This was due to the work required thanks to Dan. I was told of exactly what was needed. Please make sure the dealer principal is advised of this. Very good service.
Initially given wrong advice about an issue which is why they lost a star. Once told, they were very quick to assist but collecting my car and bringing me a hire car. The issue was remedied under warranty. Overall I was pleased with the service provided.
