Easy to order the product I wanted at a good price.

Very informative and helpful sales assistant - without being too ‘pushy’.

Sofa arrived with a faulty switch. One week later replacement switch was delivered through the post. Then given a date of over 3 weeks to be fitted. Lovely suite but terrible service. I shouldn't have to wait so long for a brand new sofa to be fixed.

The chair is first class.the back and arms are very comfortable but the seat leaves a lot to be desired, very hard and quite uncomfortable.the leather covering is beautifully done and looks very classy in the lounge

Buyers should be aware that, if they buy Gardsman protection insurance, this should be done at the time of order. It was difficult to buy it a few days after our order, although the lady I spoke to at head office was very helpful and sorted it out.

Purchased 2 stressles chairs .very disappointed did receive care kit to maintain leather. Considering the price of the items . was given a 50% reduction of care kit . tried to order online .after 2 weeks . told we were to late

I am very pleased with the chair. It is very comfortable and seems robust and well made. My only comment is that although by fiddling with it I can work out what the lever and knobs do, some sort of instruction manual would have been useful. There is also nothing to identify which model it is which was a problem when I tried to register it.

Beautiful quality as expected, it actually feels so much better than our old one - leather / fittings so much improved.

My new Stressless Classic Wingback is far from Stressless. It is stressfull and painfull to sit in.
There are raised stitched ribs in the seat that cause pressure points on my posterior that has caused so much pain that I cannot sit in it.
A Stressless technician has looked at it and reported that there is nothing wrong with it.
The chair is of no use to me.

The Stressless Mayfair chair is so comfortable and looks great in our room. Everyone wants to try it when they come in. The company we bought it from in Edinburgh were brilliant to deal with.

Well made but overpriced

My Stressless chair is wonderfully comfortable but the leather has split in just over 5 years. They claim their furniture will last a lifetime. This a quote from their website. "When you purchase Stressless® furniture, you choose quality that will serve you throughout a lifetime." Mine has lasted just over 5 years. Had I known this would happen I would never have bought a Stressless chair. I am very pleased to have had a phone call from the retailer, Potbury's of Sidmouth who tell me that Stressless are supplying them with a panel and that they will then arrange for the panel to be fitted. If this happens the 1* will become 5* as the customer service will have been exemplary. Watch this space.

Having noticed a Stressless sofa in the furniture store and found it to be so smart, well made and comfortable we purchased two! for our new home where they now proudly sit, and so do we.
Stressless is simply quality furniture built and finished to a high standard.
