It was my first time purchasing from stress no more. My purchase arrived promptly, took around 4 days. The boxes and products all look decent and well packed.

A very good product, works wonders.

Fiona was extremely helpful in amending my order over the phone in one easy transaction. The company offer competitive prices and great customer service and quick dispatch time, would highly recommend.

Comfy, though pouch/design not perfect, hole a little small etc
But early days , reasonably happy though did find another brand (Brief version) maybe that bit better?, but these are light & airy, good in that respect for sure.

Issue with item ordered. Contacted them. Agent was dismissive and patronising which resulted in me looking to return item rather than deal with the disrespect. I'm voting with my wallet.

Issue now resolved. They came back with, what should have been their first response, so I added a star. However, I still stand by my initial response. They definitely need to work on their customer service training. This whole situation was so unnecessary.

3 times I sent them a email regarding my product and no reply. Then I called you get to press option 1 or 2 then it cuts off. Absolutely disgusting behaviour wish I could give 0

Excellent enzyme cleaning products
I was looking for a natural product to neutralise spills on a carpet and was astounded when we used it that it took the stain out too. Then I tried the enzyme mould and mildew and it’s better than any product I’ve ever tried. Very pleased to have found them, thanks Stressnomore!

I had a faulty item. I spoke to the Manager who was so helpful. She arranged the replacement without any problems. She was very professional and friendly.

Bought a SAD lamp for Christmas 2023. Item arrived quickly and has been working perfectly since. Would recommend.

Electric Under blanket arrived on time and is excellent quality, and having the WiFi it's just what I was looking for.

I purchased Scratch no more spray which is meant to stop my cat from clawing at the soft furnishings. I sprayed the furniture regularly over a few days and it didn't stop her at all despite having a scratching post close by - it is totally useless!

Just to prove a point I even sprayed her favourite chair with the stuff (while she was out) and now she is currently fast asleep in that chair! So that didn't work did it?

Don't waste your money on this product, it does NOT work!

Item arrived promptly but was next to useless despite 5* reviews. I appreciate this platform is for service and feedback received from the company and not the product itself. The issue I have is that the company appears to be selectively screening any reviews submitted and only publishing positive ones. I have tried on two occasions now to submit one star reviews for the product I ordered but neither review has been published. Make of that what you wil but it seems very unfair not to publish all genuine reviews to give prospective buyers a full cross section of reviews to consider before they order.

Amazing service and products

Decieving product, use once, but is not clear in the info, and at over £10 each use this makes it far too expensive.
I have rechecked since reply below,definitely doesn't say on website, only discovered when they arrived in the info in the pack.
