I had a problem with one of the zip pulls on my rucksack. The issue was resolved quickly and painlessly and within 2 days, a new part and clear instructions had been sent to me. Excellent customer service. Great products.

I bought two 20L roll‑top backpacks from Stubble for our trip to Australia a year ago, and they’ve been used every single week since. The quality has been fantastic, but when a strap on one bag became damaged, I contacted Stubble to use their repair service. Their response was outstanding — same‑day reply, friendly communication, and after seeing the photos they immediately offered a replacement.
Customer service like this is rare. Stubble have been an excellent company to deal with from start to finish, and their products are genuinely top quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

A new job and a longer commute meant it was time to upgrade my capacity from 20L to 30L. The Roll Top is the perfect bag for cycling coummters. It's durable, waterproof, and secure. A sign of a good bag is its ability to make the weight on your back feel less. I carry enough to have an improptu night away, and I often forget the Roll Top is on my back. Lots of pockets for organisation and zips for security. Gone are the days of rummaging through my bag for my keys. Secure and sleek laptop storage. Not to mention the roll top closure feels like you’re stealing a bit of space just when you need it. Customer service is fast and friendly as well. Daphney was brilliant in helping me secure a replacement strap. And best of all, they sponsor Brentford FC.

Almost two years into using the hybrid 30L backpack as my daily commute bag and I have had no issues. It remains waterproof and can hold more than enough kit for the day. It fits into the easyJet small carry on sizer but is roomy enough to pack enough clothes for a weekend away. The zip pull tab has recently broken after heavy use but Stubble & Co sent out a replacement with no qualms. Very responsive customer care service.

Wow what great customer service! I can’t tell you how good the Stubble team have been in dealing with an issue I had with my bag.

I received a bag for Christmas and it is great quality apart from the sliding strap adjusters. One snapped in April and I had the bag repaired and yesterday they both snapped within an hour of each other. I reached out to the customer service team and they were extremely polite and helpful. The bag has since been discontinued and the adjusters upgraded so they replaced my faulty bag with the new model. Much appreciated and excellent customer service from Daphne.

Daphney was really helpful when I contacted customer services. The zip on my bag has sadly broken and my bag was out of warranty. She gave me two helpful solutions which I happily took. I’ve had a stubble and co bag for over two years now. Love the bags and constantly receive compliments. Thank you again

Unfortunately my bag developed an issue after about 18 months. They tried to repair it but when it became apparent it couldn’t be, they replaced it without any hassle

UPDATE:

Customer service (Daphney) were very apologetic, and expedited a second bag to us. Unfortunately the expedited bag and original bag arrived same day, 7 days after my son’s birthday. The original took 13 business days to arrive (19 days total), and the expedited bag took 3 business days (5 days total). But, because both bags were delivered, it was left to me to obtain a return label (at no cost) and find my way to the post office to return one of the bags, a minor inconvenience, granted, but still something I had to do. Will increase my rating by a star to three; overall, I appreciate Daphney very much, and my son does both appreciate and like the bag. But the experience as a whole will probably keep me from ordering from Stubble & Co again.

My son, for whom I ordered a 20L roll-up, still doesn’t have his bag, which was meant to be a birthday gift today.

I ordered the bag on 20 May, granted, in the evening. But, ordered it with 2-5 business day shipping. Having first been given the wrong shipping company and tracking, which required an e-mail to customer service to fix, I finally got the correct tracking information and shipping company from Daphney; for which I was very appreciative. Daphney was very cordial.

But 8 business days later, on my son’s birthday, I see the bag is still sitting in Georgia, a state away, having not moved in three days.

I’m sure the bag is great! But I wouldn’t know for sure because it still hasn’t arrived, and is now late for my son’s birthday.

Daphne was amazing. I recently purchased a gym bag at full retail, was so impressed that I went back for a travel backpack and saw the 10% discount. Within 5 minutes of my email request, Daphne got a discount code to me to apply to my new purchase. Fast and professional.

My bag needed a repair, I was worried as it was out of a reasonable timeframe, they may not sort it.

But they stood by a quality product, offered a repair and even sent a new bag as the repair was too complex.

That's a brand I can trust.

Stubble are the best, simple as. Excellent service all round, I have bought a good few bags from them now, and they were so helpful in giving me advice on a repair for an old faithful roll top that has been used and abused over three years, and will soon be offering a repair service I thiink.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new backpack! Visually, it is incredibly sleek and low-profile, yet it doesn't sacrifice comfort at all. The ergonomic design distributes weight perfectly, making it exceptionally comfortable to wear all day long, even when fully packed.

I also have to give a massive shoutout to the customer support team. My initial delivery unfortunately got lost in transit via Evri, which was frustrating. However, the team stepped in immediately and sorted everything out for me with zero fuss. Their quick and helpful communication turned a stressful delivery mishap into a stellar customer experience.

High-quality bag, brilliant design, and a team that actually cares about its customers. Highly recommend!

When I received 1 parcel instead of 2 and message Stubble &co. about it Daphney immediately replied and assured me that if I don't receive it within 24 hours she will replace it.
And she communicated constantly and then replaced it which I then reveived within 24 hours which I think it was a very good customer service.
I ordered 2 backpacks and both are excellent quality as well.

Although this backpack is reasonably expensive, I have to say it is the best bag I have owned.
I have had it and used it regularly since the beginning of March, and it has been excellent. It is comfortable to wear, has plenty of storage and works really well as a mobile office. The main compartment easily holds my leads, folders and other work items, while the overall layout makes it practical for day to day use and travel. I also really like that it fits securely over the handle of my travel suitcase, which is very useful when travelling for work.
My only criticism is that my iPad Air does not fit into the pocket designed for tablets, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, I cannot fault it.
Overall, a very well designed, comfortable and practical backpack. I would definitely recommend it.
