Betrug

I had an Instyle Box subscription, up until December 2025, when the company announced the box was ending. I received an email telling me I could switch to Pink Box or Brigitte Box, and I opted not to do that. In April, I received an email thanking me for my Pink Box order and that my payment had been received. I did not order anything. I hadn't even set up a Pink Box account. In order to access it, I had to request a forgotten password (a password that I had never set up and never been informed of). In the account, there were no orders to be seen. In contact with customer service, they told me that I had ordered the box and that I had clicked a link in an email about the Instyle Box ending and chosen a Pink Box Flex Abo in December. It's possible I clicked a link in an email, to see the offer, but I never signed up for a new subscription. And if I had, why would the order notice be sent in April and not in December or January? Why did an order only show up in the Pink Box account (that I was never informed of) after I complained, and they initiated a refund of the amount? Smells like fraud to me.
