Very disappointing

Very disappointing and customer-unfriendly experience. Worst ever encountered. Online purchases cannot be exchanged in store, and the sizing runs tiny (the purchase was for a pre-teen). I had to return a small order, and the return postage cost half the value of the item, even using their cheapest available option. I am still waiting for the remaining refund, and the process is taking an unreasonably long time. Unfortunately, I would not shop here again.

I was sent a compeletely different…

I was sent a compeletely different colored product. When I asked for replacement a was given a label to return it. I had to walk all the way to a service because of someone elses mistake and now the product I originally wanted may be out of stock. I also bought a pair of shorts in Roma subdued with stones on the back and after washing it once in 30 degrees all of them fell off. Now I don’t know what to do with it. When you pay 55 euros for a pair of shorts you do not expect anything like this.

My daughter loved the jeans when we eventually got the sizing right - we needed to go a size bigger than usual with other brands. Sadly we couldn't do a straight forward swop of one size with another but had to make a return (which we paid for) and wait ages for the refund, whilst in the meantime reordering another pair.

Nearly Everything was great

Everything was great, the clothes fit perfectly and they looked exactly like I imagined them. The only negative thing was that the shorts with these kind of rhinestones stones lost nearly all of them after the first time washing the shorts.

Expensive returns

The reason i give a low rating is due to one item needed a size change and when i looked into returning it, i now realised it would be between £9-£12 to return an item that cost £25 so not worth returning yet still an expensive item to keep if it doesnt fit properly. So return process really needs improvement as my daughter loves the items but its off putting to buy more knowing i basically cannot return them as nobody wants to pay £9 to return 1 item

The zipper on the jeans is broken

The zipper on the jeans is broken. The return is complicated (DHL). I live in Switzerland and have the package sent to France because the customs is too high to pay relative to the price of the jeans. There are shops in Switzerland it would be helpful if shipping could also come from here.
