If I could give this company zero stars I would. They were booked to cater for my sister’s 60th birthday lunch. They arrived 90 minutes late, with four items missing from the menu. This meant there was not enough food for the 25 people there. We had to do an emergency dash to the local Tesco to ensure we had enough to eat. The guy in charge couldn’t give a dam. When asked what he was going to do about it he just shrugged his shoulders. By this time, my poor sister was in tears! He finally got some pork and lamb from the catering truck. Wasn’t enough to feed 25 people but it helped. The presentation of the food was also shocking. The small bowl of Caesar salad was just chunks of lettuce, a bit of dressing and a few slices of chicken. The lamb and pork were just roughly cut again in very large chunks, absolutely no finesse. I had to slice the lamb, shred the pork and shred the lettuce to make it all go a bit further. He also wanted to leave the Eton mess in bowls out on the side…Saturday was a really warm day, the merengue had already melted and was non-existent, so we doubted that he had adequate refrigeration in the catering van. My sister had to decant it into a bowl so we could get it in the fridge. The service was atrocious. He really didn’t care and he couldn’t wait to leave! All in all it was a terrible experience, which impacted on what was meant to be a very special birthday celebration.

DO NOT USE THIS CATERING COMPANY!!! They turned up late. Forgot four main dishes and when we questioned the guy in charge he just blanked us and shrugged his shoulders. We had to go out to the local supermarket to buy more food. He was not at all sorry. He couldn’t wait to leave.

I booked this company for my 60th Birthday lunch, I liaised with the owner for months prior to the event chose my menu and gave numbers and paid a deposit, the owner kept getting details wrong kept ringing me asking me the same questions for things I had already told him previously. They rang the night before the event to confirm my desert choices! They were meant to be at the venue at 11.00am to set up and were 90 minutes late, they forgot to bring 4 item that were on the menu, which meant there was not enough food for my guests, when I asked them to sort it they gave us some cold meat, they were meant to make an Eaton mess which looked like slop, I got upset as this was my party and they refused to go and get more food, they were rude and un helpful and then just left. I would NEVER recommend them! My lunch was ruined and we had to go and purchase more food on the day!
