I purchased a Wolfe in cabinet microwave in 2021. After 2 years it stopped working because the door hinges were bent. The appliance tech said Wolfe now has a heavy duty replacement hinge due to compla... See more

Ten years and counting, our Wolf stove (gas top electric oven) has performed magnificently. Not the slighest problem. Not one.We should have posted this a long time ago.
I have used wolf appliances before but never had a free standing stove. Recently completed a kitchen renovation and purchased a wolf 30” gas stove. The main issue is that the venting in the back of... See more

The controls on the microwave drawers…
The controls on the microwave drawers do not light up. Hence, at night we have to turn on the kitchen ceiling lights and then bend down to the drawer front to see the controls. Very poor design, especially given the price.

Recently completed kitchen Reno with all Wolf appliances.
1) several product delivery delays.
2) was charged an extra delivery fee to have gas range measured by the counter manufacturer
3) would not recommend gas range top for family use. It scratches very easily and will end not looking anything like the one you saw in the showroom.
4) Wolf online customer service is very poor. When I wrote them to find out what my options were to remedy the range scratches I had to follow up with them 3 times and I still don’t have a proper response.
Complete Failure of 5 Year Old Sub-Zero side by side fridge freezer
Our 5 Year Old Sub-Zero side by side Fridge Freezer Compressor has Blown up! This is a very expensive, only 5 year old fridge and the compressor has apparently blown up! No rhyme or reason best explanation is, "luck of the draw"! I do not recommend this brand. I cannot tell you how utterly disappointed we are 7 days before Christmas to be told parts have to be ordered and there is no time line for repair dates. Absolutely left feeling disgusted with this extraordinary fridge failing after such a short time.
I purchased a brand new 48 in wolf…
I purchased a brand new 48 in wolf range. Unit showed up with a broken oven. Unit showed up with missing bolts and brackets. Now weeks go by, servicer comes and replaces the thermometer. Oven still is not working correctly. Now I am told I need to have the servicer out again. Let me repeat, brand new unit, used oven first time to realize it was broken. Wolfs response to continue to have its customers sit with a unit that doesn’t work, decrease their warranty period as now this unit has been installed not working correctly for almost three months, to then suggest I need to have the servicer come again, I need to interrupt my work day again , to pay someone to come here if the range needs to be pulled out. It’s consumer fraud to sell over 10k range that does not work right and over the holidays have your costumers wait months and months and go through a fix process when they purchased a brand new range!!!!!! This range should be replaced and the customer should not have to continue dealing with this given the price. Worst customer service ever!!!
The under counter freezer drawers have…
The under counter freezer drawers have been nothing but trouble. Now they tell me the ice maker needs to be replaced but, while we wait, the freezer temperature has slowly risen to 25+ degrees, so obviously something else wrong. Can’t come repair for a week- I’m getting rid of them!
One of the worst customer experiences I…
One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The arrogance of the organization is evident from the fact they will not allow you to reach a human, they limit the phone choices to delivery, repair, or payment. For all of the money for this product, they tell you when your kitchen is ready and when they will install. Absolutely no customer service
I furnished my new kitchen with all…
I furnished my new kitchen with all Wolf appliances which I thought would last a long time. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I have had my subzero refrigerator break down and had to have service five times. I’ve had my wall oven breakdown and repair man came twice. I have coffee maker, which had to be returned twice. Now my induction two burner is not working. I’ve done all the troubleshooting for what was written to do before calling for service. It’s a shame that I spent such a big amount on these appliances. I’ve had GE appliances, which had no problem for years as a matter fact I have a refrigerator, that still hasn’t broken down and it’s about 30 years that is in my garage. I have friends and family that are redoing their kitchen and ask me about these appliances. I am now steering them away from wolf and subzero. It’s so disappointing. Below are they gonna ask what dates I have experienced these problems. Too many dates to mention, but I will put today’s date my induction stove.
We build high end residential
We build high end residential. We’ve used sub zero - despite my advising clients against it - on three jobs with invoices totalling in excess of £150k. Service is dreadful - we waited three months, for a wine fridge to be fixed only for it to break again. We have had 100% failure rate ie at least one product failing on every job. And this morning we have had a £6000 oven fail which is barely two years old only to be told it is out of warranty and the service call will be a minimum of £250. I I can honestly say hand on heart I think the products are garbage.
Wolf Gourmet Division is the worst.....
This is for Wolf Gourmet, not SubZero-Wolf as they are 2 separate divisions.
Bought the $600 coffee system @ Home Goods. Registered as I had with other products and ordered the stainless steel knob in mid June. Never heard anything so I called the other day. Their # has been taken over by a Wal Mart gift card scam. Liz @ Wolf Gourmet customer service said it was fixed and it was accurate on the website. WRONG. She was rude and defensive and told me because my unit wasn't purchased from them I only had a 1 year warranty, not 5. IT WAS NEVER DISCLOSED THAT I ONLY HAD BEEN GIVEN 1 YEAR. She claimed that TJX Corp. only sells refurbished units, hence the reduced warranty.
Contacted TJX - more lies from Wolf Gourmet. They purchase from authorized sellers. My Griddle and Pro Blender also were from Home Goods and all have 5 year warranties.
I'd never buy another Wolf product ever again. The Sub Zero Wolf customer service supervisor was treated by this division the same way I was and she was stunned! Filed a complaint but 1-3 days before a supervisor will call you back.
Instead I'm working to return the item for a full refund and stick with Breville which offers superior customer service and honestly makes better coffee makers for half the price!
Have a double Wolf oven
Have a double Wolf oven. New, under warranty. Have been needing service already 6 times and have had it for 14 months only. I have to wait weeks to over a month sometimes to get service to come! Then sometimes they might need a part, etc., or the same issue happens again in the near future and they need to come back. It's getting old... Wish I never bought the Wolf. They had one available at the sales studios during the Covid back up and I needed an oven to finish our construction and I had already waited almost a year for the original brand I wanted. Bad decision.
It's insane that I have to google twice…
It's insane that I have to google twice a year of how to change the time on my Wolf steam oven. It's just crazy for such a high-priced appliance. The oven actually works pretty well, my wife uses it to bake bagets. But it would be so easy for them to make it easy to change the time twice a year, and yet, it's not easy or obvious how to do it. I'm disgusted with Wolf and will never buy it again.
Quoted $680 to replace a $0.50 fuse
The microwave stopped working and the LCD was dead. No light or signs of life. The service visit was booked promptly and they came within one day. During the visit the service guy said I needed a new door switch unit and that the service center would be in touch with a quote... They quoted me $680 for the parts and labor to fixe the Wolf MC24 oven... turns out, it was only a blown $0.50 fuse!!! Replaced the fuse and it now works great... I didn't get these ripoff Muppets to replace the fuse... this is such a scam. They over to rebait the service call cost ($80) but don't bother... they are going to charge you 1000% for the follow up parts and labor.
Don't use these guys, they are a total scam!
I have a 25 + Sub Zero Side by side…
I have a 25 + Sub Zero Side by side refrigerator / freezer and the only problem I had constantly has-been the icemaker not working properly. This problem started shortly after I purchased it. The company told me they would replace the unit or service that issue for life my choice, I chose to service the problem. But after about 5 years and the issue persisted, they reneged on that promise. Still having issues.
Aside from that I had to replace the condenser once and a few other parts in the past 3 years but it's still going strong!
I must say I am thinking I may need a replacement it in the near future but after reading these reviews I am a bit apprehensive. I'm not sure if the new built models are made to last like the older models.
But I do know the other brands are not of the same quality. Not sure what to do.
Don't buy anything from these people
After 6 months my oven broke down. Customer service first misread the serial number and wanted to charge me for an engineer visit. Once they corrected their mistake they informed me that it would take three weeks before a visit could be made. The engineer came, said that a part was broken and that customer service would contact me after 1-2 days to tell me if they had the part or if they needed to order. After three days I contacted customer service. They said nothing about parts but informed me that the earliest somebody could come is in 20 days. So a minimum of 6 weeks without oven. Do not buy anything from these people, it's very expensive, poor quality and very slow repairs. KA
HORRIBLE PRODUCTS. Stay away!
These are absolutely horrible products. Super expensive. Constantly breaking. Terrible customer service. I have several refrigerators. I’ve always malfunctions. Several microwaves. Controls never work.
STAY AWAY.
BAD DEAL

Can’t get parts for two refrigerators/freezers $36,000 spent & can’t get a simple Ice maker Lever or even factory authentic filters! See message from the service center below. Don’t wast your money with a company that has no parts.

Bought a Wolf slide in range and came…
Bought a Wolf slide in range and came with a defective griddle. Waited 2 months for the product and then 2 months after installation still not fixed. Customer service was worthless. Email to management was worthless. The thing they don’t get is people have choices. Stay away from Sub-Par Wolf.
Sub-Zero Wolf Stands Behind Their Product
We have a Wolf oven, eight years old. It is well outside of the warranty. There were several things wrong with it, and I called the company to see if I could get some of the things fixed at the expense of the Corporation, rather than me eating the cost of all the repairs. I spoke with a very competent consumer affairs person, Laurie, who was pretty patient in hearing my issues. She acknowledged it seems like there were issues that should not have developed. Bottom line: The company stood behind their product and agreed to pay for the repairs to the product. So, kudos to Laurie and the company for standing behind their product. Highly recommended company, would buy again. Now we'll be in great shape for the upcoming holiday season.
Mickey Mouse Company
Where do I start!! I had a new freezer door and fridge door ordered waited months finally came in 3 attempts to fit and also burner on griddle as of today nothing service department attitude I couldn’t believe I would never use them again still no date as parts from America they said not our fault they come from America he then put phone down albeit I was annoyed as he suggested turn freezer off so what do I do with £200 of food!!!! I said you will have to offer something he said not there problem I would NEVER buy a thing again cost is a rip off
Very professional and responsive UK service manager
Finally I received the service and attention that this brand deserves from their UK service manager, David. He understood the frustration and he was amazing at following up to keep me posted on the progress of my repair, he made some generous offer and has been incredibly courteous and most importantly efficient. Wolf needs to sort out their response time and should be grateful to have someone like him to appease the clients
