Well after seeing so many bad reviews!

Well after seeing so many bad reviews, what can I add! You cannot find online Sub-Zero Italy's website (because there is none) or how to get service in Italy for fridges and freezers. After 10 calls to sellers who only would talk to me if I had bought from them, one finally told where I can get service. I spoke to them 3 days ago and they said they would be here in the next day or two. No one called no one showed up.
I spoke with the largest kitchen manufacturer as we are building 15 multimillion dollar houses in Italy. I suggested we use Sub-Zero, he refused to do the kitchens if I use Subzero as the service is the worst!!! Don't buy!

Time for a Class Action Suit

The worst customer service i have ever encountered. As i have stated in an Amazon review about the Wolf counter top oven. What no one tells you is that the seemingly attractive 5 year warranty is a scam which will be revealed in a Class Action Suit. A warranty without the availability of service centres or in house technical service for Wolf small appliances. Only unit replacement within a five year period at Wolfs discretion when there is actually STOCK AVAILABLE for replacement as many customers have found out waiting not months but up to a year or more. Not the case with other companies regardless of manufacturing and shipping problems world wide. How is it that stock is available on line and appliance stores but not from the manufacturer and supplier. Most probably because they have to supply retail merchants before honouring their warranty. So customer problems with defective products seeking replacement get the out of stock attrition game by Wolf hoping that they would just give up. Even though the customer has no other options under Wolf’s warranty except return and replacement,
the only thing that’s is available to them. I have done the best i can with my Wolf Unit and its continuing problems over two years. Inaccurate temperature readings, uneven cooking and baking, ridiculous pre heat and cooking times, a timer that doesn’t turn the oven off when time setting is complete, an early 20th century technology that allows one to leave their kitchen without straining to hear the few beeps before an expensive meal is burned to a crisp if the oven actually attained the set temperature without the other option of convection to offer near normal performance.

Oh my Gosh, what a bizarre company

Oh my Gosh, what a bizarre company. I like the products. They notify by app it is time for a new filter. You go to the site, with much difficulty you find the part, put it in the cart and then they will say your card has a problem. 2 diff cards - never a problem. THEN you call and THEY say "the site must be down", THEN they give the name of a distributor across the state and when they are called, "David" says "oh yeah they never sell products like that from the website, they are really not set up to do that." WHAT? Why on earth did they act like it? Simply bizarre, like my 5th grader is playing at customer service! LOL

Defective Griddle

Bought a new rangetop. Came in with defective griddle oozing out chemicals and greese. Called the company they were so cold to receive the call and then told me to email. Its been 4 days no response whatsoever. The customer service is way below the perceived brand value

Non existent after care

As previous reviews, I am appalled by the unacceptable after care service: one of my burners stopped working and I have now been waiting for over a year for a replacement! I have called so many times and at first it was COVID, then Brexit, and now apparently the company that makes one of the components is gone into liquidation, but how is this a valid excuse for top of the range kitchen appliances (and frankly quite telling about the quality of their suppliers), a year later surely they should have found an alternative provider?!
The service manager pretended to be surprised “how come you have not been contacted about this? I will sort it out TOMORROW”, weeks later still no news, another empty call right now. Please stay away from this company unless you have time to waste to chase them - and Wolf/ Subzero please get involved!

DO NOT BUY!!!! Service Appalling

We have had ongoing issues with our fridge since June 2021 (now January 2022!) which have yet to be resolved. From what I can see, there are only two engineers that cover our area and they do not seem to carry parts and have come up with varying ideas as to what the problem is - without fixing it!!! Get absolutely nowhere with customer service. This is a £10k fridge. Wish we had a Miele, Fischer & Playkel, Zanussi or pretty much anything else as it would have been fixed within a week or replaced.

Have written to CEO Craig Davies but if you look him up, he is obviously too busy driving racing cars to be bothered about customer satisfaction.

Would strongly advise against buying - the quality really doesn't match the cost and the service/repairs are absolutely appalling given the price they charge. Also fridge really isn't that special!!!!

WOLF = 100 % GARBAGE APPLIANCES

My father spent his life savings on his dream kitchen. WOLF APPLIANCES: ARE A JOKE.
I feel so bad for him.

With only a 30-day warranty EVERY appliance has now failed us.

Microwave- COST ($2,000.00) The Repair guy has been here over 10xs for malfunctioning. Installed wrong and crooked, doesnt cook food, stuck open. We use my $100.00 microwave from Wal-mart, INSTEAD. Works great!

Refrigerator- The repair guy has been here repetitively, to fix. Poor "design" people's groceries don't fit. Makes LOUD NOISE, that wont stop. It sounds the the air compressor is on.

Dishwasher- Installed crooked (firstly), it does NOT clean dishes, must run twice. Another poor design, dishes do not fit in the dishwasher properly.

Oven Hood - Had maintenance come out over 5xs to fix. Still doesnt work. Must crack window lol

DO THE MATH PEOPLE! - BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR, "TIME, MONEY AND STRESS" ON SUCH TERRIBLE COMPANY POLICIES AND PRODUCTS.

THEY ARE 100% GARBAGE

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Waited 9 months for my appliances to be delivered (arrived September instead of April). No one answers the phone, no one returns emails. You wait on the phone for 20 minutes only to be disconnected. You have NO IDEA what month or year your appliances will be delivered. When you pay in advance for their installation, they don't tell you that when they deliver, they just plop the appliances in your kitchen but don't install. So you have these huge appliances sticking out in the kitchen so you have no room to move around. Then you call to see when installers will be coming and you can't get through and no one cares! They want 100% payment way in advance so you are STUCK. Not what you would expect from this name brand. Save your money and reduce your frustration and buy from another company.

JUST NO

After a month of repairs, thousands of dollars, nasty customer service, and a broken fridge…long story short, I had my lawyer get involved. What a terrible company that will lie and cheat their way into your wallet!

25K Piece of Rubbish Fridge - Never Works

We bought a Sub Zero fridge 5yrs ago, it has had the normal yearly service all has been fine. However it stopped working 50days ago, 3 engineers have been and a spare part ordered and fitted that came from the USA and still not working. The fridge cost us just under 25K, the quality is really bad, really did expect better from this famous brand. We have chased them constantly over the last month to get engineers back to make it work. Just not impressed and would stay well clear of this company.

Be warned and make your own choice

Be warned and make your own choice
Sub-Zero Wolf do not operate their services the normal way.
Your card details are taken and charged as per their own terms leaving you in no control to ask any questions.
No reputable company will operate in this way.
The norm is to carry out the work and then invoice.

The purpose of this feed back is to let potential customers know what they will be dealing with when things go wrong and this with Sub-Zero Wolf (this supposed to be a premiere brand) go wrong very often.

Get your act together

I can’t understand why a company like subzero/wolf can not get the parts I need for my gas burners. I’ve been waiting 4 months and still nothing. This is the second time I’ve had the burners replaced but only 4 working as they could only repair 4 and not 6. These ranges are expensive and mine is only 4 years old. Shocking really. Definitely won’t be buying another one for next house. Save your money people. My fridge/freezer amazingly is working well. Long may that last.

Freezer and cooker both faulty.

Freezer stopped working after 4years and the engineer came and told me the parts were faulty. They have fixed it but still charged me £200 call out charge and £400 labour. &600 plus vat for fixing faulty parts. item is total ripoff.
The cooker also broke and it will cost me another £664 to fix it. Customer service is so unhelpful and all they try to do is to take money.
