Experience was less than perfect

My intention was to order a Cross Century II Pen; in stead I received a Cross Century II Pencil. I was ordering it on my phone so probably did not even know a pencil was what was an option for my order. I got it engraved for a gift so it really was not a good experience.

In the end, it was more than likely my fault. I would imaging pencils are not that popular for that price...they usually come in a set, with a pen. I just assumed a pen was the option I ordered. When I tried to go online for two days afterward, the site was completely down. SO I just sent the gift as a pencil, felt like a real idiot.

Do not buy from this store

This has been the worst shopping experience of my life. I still have not recieved my item even though I bought it 14 days ago with 2 day shipping. I would highly recommend you do not use this site. There customer service is terrible I cannot even speak with anyone about this.

Good Communication

Through no fault of their own, delivery of the ordered suitcase was delayed by an inventory of the manufacturer. Suitcase.com kept me appraised of the situation and expected delivery date. The ordered item arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as ordered at considerable savings from local vendors and other Internet sources. Worth the wait!

Fantasitc Service

Ordered a carry on suitcase and did not see the order being processed in my email. Contacted Suitase.com and they immediately informed me that the manufacturer had shut down for the holidays. They asked when I needed the bag. As I had an upcoming business trip I told them my time frame for needing delivery. I was told they would try to make it happen. Two days later I got a call from Suitcase.com. They informed me they had found a bag to fill my order and it would arrive in the next few days. It did arrive and I am very happy with my experience with Suitcase.com and their CS department. This is a really class outfit and will never buy another bag elsewhere.

Great price, product as promised, but slow to get order out of warehouse.

4 out of 5 for delay at warehouse. Given, ordered during holidays, but the ad stated 'special shipping promotion' (free/ground).
Ordered Sunday 12/28 - got automated confirmation e-mails from company and PayPal.
8 days later - Monday 1/5 - received automated e-mail providing shipping details (UPS tracking number).
Still another 2 days - Wednesday 1/7 - before order finally shipped.
Once shipped, UPS delivered next day to from east coast to TX (kudos)!

Responsive, responsible and helpful

Responsive - got the answers to every single mail in the same working day.
Responsible - notified me about all the changes in the order process I asked them to
Helpful - did everything in their power for the order to arrive by the date I needed it (international shipment)

Other than that, in my opinion they went over what I would say is expected level of assistance to a customer.

Samsonite Lift2 Review

Addendum to previous review: The luggage is the model that I was supposed to receive. A gentleman from Suitcase.com was kind enough to call immediately upon receiving my first review to see how he could right my situation. Actually, there was nothing that needed to be corrected. I was misinformed about the luggage at an outlet store. My son that works in the luggage of a department store said I have the correct luggage. I apologize for my previous review. I give this company a 10.
