Didn't receive order timely

I ordered 4 leather computer bags. I only received one bag and had to call. The rep promised receipt of the other 3 bags the next day. Again, only one bag was received. once again I called and the rep said the two remaining bags would ship out the next day. I finally received all 4 bags after Christmas so I will be giving the recipients their bags after their Christmas break. The positive side - the bags are very nice.

Not up to date website

Didn't have website up to date, so ordered and paid for item not available, shipped out after stock back in and item late to arrive, then sent ground delivery when back in stock. I STILL DON'T HAVE IT! Ordered over 3 weeks ago and it's still on the way...

Your order was placed on the 17th of December (1 & 1/2 weeks ago). Unfortunately, at this time of the year things can sell out before we have a chance to update the website. It looks as though you were contacted and an alternative bag was sent to you. This bag shipped out on the 19th. The ship time to you from our East Coast warehouse is 5-6 business days. With the free shipping option, the orders ship via ground shipping. The 25th & 26th were not ground delivery days via UPS. The great news is that your bag is out for delivery on Tuesday the 30th. We hope you enjoy your purchase.

It's all good!

I purchased a TravelPro suitcase for my wife for Christmas and it came as advertised. It was a great price as well. They even called me when one of the extra travel items I ordered was not available in the color I had selected and we were able to change my order on the spot to something that works equally as well.

Still waiting delivery

Ordered three items and only two arrived. Have checked shipping status and it hasn't changed in a week so not sure where it is or when it will be delivered. Definitely not before Christmas as it is December 24th.

Recieved partial order and no communication

Two of 3 items arrived in good time. I used the Live Chat function to inquire about the third item and was told it was on the way. It has been 12 days and I still havnt recieved the item or recieved any communication. I ordered on 12/11, it is now 12/23 hope I get it tomorrow as it is a Christmas gift.
