poor quality item, not as pictured on website

Let me start by saying that the ordering process was smooth and my order arrived quickly and undamaged. I was less impressed however with the quality of the product. I ordered a leather laptop messenger-style men's bag. Online it looked like an oiled brown leather with warm reddish undertones and a heavy-duty shoulder strap. At $115 I thought I was getting a bargain. Unfortunately when I opened the box and looked at that bag, I felt I had been robbed. The "distressed" leather was more like suede, cheap low-quality suede at that. The color was flat muddy brown and the strap was elastic with leather sewn on top. I have to think that the image used on the site was Photoshopped because there is no way that bag ever looked so nice. I promptly returned the item, but haven't received a refund yet, so I can't attest to how smoothly the returns process will go. I was very dissapointed.

Lack of communication

I had difficulty with the ordering process and was unable to use the promo code where I could have gotten 20% off. Also I didnot get an e mail from your company saying that I had placed my order. I did receive my order and it was for my daughter and I let her handle the return because it was not what she had told me to order. Hopefully everything will work out and she can enjoy her purchase

Card holders

I was very disappointed when I went to put some of my credit cards in the slots and they did not fit,The slots had not been cut wide enough to fit some of my cards. Very disappointing for what I paid for

Poor followup

I ordered a rolling backpack in a certain color and 3 days later when i had heard nothing from Suitcase.com i emailed asking for follow up only to be told at that time the item was no longer availablein the color i had ordered. My money was taken right away upon order, and i wonder how long this would have gone had i not asked for information? The order was placed on 12/04 and ten days later i still do not have the item.

Perfect!

I ordered a set of 3 luggage tags and when I received them they were even better than I had anticipated! Not to mention my product was shipped very quickly! I am extremely please with my entire service and product. I will definitely shop here again and recommend them to others!

Attaché

I was looking for a certain attaché and had found it on other sites but we're double the cost then what I found here. Same product and was on sale for half of it's retail value. Ordered right away and shipping was free! It was delivered in a timely manner. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

Beautiful product

I am extremely happy with the leather wallet I ordered and had personalised with initials embossed.
The shipping estimate didn't time taken to emboss, so it arrived a week later than expected, but it was not an issue.

Thank you for your order with Suitcase.com. The order was placed on the late afternoon on the 1st. The order shipped out on the 3rd, which is normal processing time (24-48hours). These ship from our Florida warehouse. You are located in California and the free ground shipping time is 5-6 business days to get to you. UPS was and still is having delivery issues in California due to the storms that have been ravaging the area. According to the tracking numbers for the 2nd piece, it should be delivered today. The second piece did ship out on the same day from the same location as the first. Sometimes shipments get split up during the the busy holiday season. We appreciate your order and hope that you are pleased with the products you ordered. We make very strong efforts to ship as soon as possible.
