Summer Shopping 

Like others, placed an order for sandals after seeing picture on Facebook. Sandals arrived eventually - wide fitting, size 39. Still didn't fit and the insole was faulty on one sandal. These are nothing to do, and should not be associated with Clarks Shoes.
Have emailed twice and had no response. Based in China so holding out no hope of getting a refund unless the credit card company step in, then maybe.
Avoid this company. They are con-artists.

Conned into thinking this was a Clarks outlet site- only realised after order placed and paid for!! After 3 weeks still no goods and tracking information less than useful. Now I have read others reviews I realise I have been scammed but paid with PayPal so hopefully might get refund.

I’ve just received the sandals I ordered, packed in a plastic bag. £5.99 postage and packing that would cost just over £2 normal postage. I ordered a size 5, wide fit, and although there was a size 38 sticker on the plastic there was no way they were a size 5, more a size 3.Absolute Rubbish Like others have said, the quality is so poor. No way are they a Clark’s shoe. Is there anyway we can get Facebook to stop them placing adverts on their site so we ca prevent others from being scammed?

This site is a scam I bought a outfit from there site and never received it!

Wish I had seen these reviews before I bought shoes from this website. Bad quality. Email sent about returning them but no response yet. Not hold my breath based on other reviews

The sandal in the advert says Cloudsteppers the word Clarks underneath. Depicting a flexible sole. This is not the case when the product arrives.
The sole has no logo Clarks or other.

I have emailed as the sandal is not wide fitting the velcro strap not long enough to fit and fasten round your ankle.
There is no returns label.
I wish I had seen the trust pilot reviews.
This is not the same footwear as the product depicted in the advert.
UPDATE
They offered a full refund if I returned the items at cost of £22.75 paid for by myself. They said they could not guarantee the items would reach them so therefore they would not pay out if that was the case.
They then offered me a 50% refund without sending the items back.
I have reported the advert as fraud/scam as I now don't believe a word they say.
I totally agree with the other reviews.

I agree with all the recently posted negative reports on the sandals advertised on Facebook and on the Company's website (whichever company it is due to the different names used in their emails). The sandals are attractive AT A DISTANCE very poorly made - strapping resembles tatty pieces of material. The soles are solid and are not flexible as seen in the advert. Will wear them in the garden until they fall to pieces in approximately 2 weeks time I guess. Update: changed my mind about wearing them Ive decided to email the company's Customer Service which is the email address the Company used to inform me of the shipment and challenge them on the blatant misleading advertising of these sandals.
ANOTHER UPDATE : Likened to others the company have offered firstly 20% refund now 30% refund. I really cannot be bothered toing and froing with this company. It is wasting my time and energy. I have accepted the 30% refund which is £11.39 - of the £37.98 they took out of my card for the sandals. I will update again if and when I get this offered refund.
ANOTHER UPDATE 3.7.23 This company is now trying to retreat their offer of 30% refund plus not having to return the sandals to them. Their email is now asking me to return the sandals at my own cost before they will refund my money! - watch this space again. Beware I bought these sandals via their own website BUT they are being sold on AMAZON and I have reported this company's behaviour to them.

Don't want to give them 1 star absolutely dreadful ordered some sandals for the wife 2 weeks ago still not arrived the tracking says on the way back to the retailer contact them sent 6 emails not one reply please don't order anything from them

Dreadful dreadful. Cant award zero stars. Items were cheap poorly made and could have been better at a kids craft club. Offered part refund and refused, offered a tiny bit more, refused it. I raised a case with paypal and after much faff eventually got full refund. I encourage everyone to fight for money back.

The shoes ordered never arrived, all emails were ignored.
This company is clearly a scam!

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from this company. The product is nothing like the glossy photos, is cheap and tacky. The finish on the inside with raw fabric and stitching would cause soreness after wearing for a short while. I had the same experience as others, a 20% refund with future discount on re-ordering, or return to an address in China. Not a viable solution. Am cutting my losses and accepting the 20%, but so annoyed this company is continuing to trade so dishonourably.

Never received my order I asked for help and got no response. It's a scam.

The sandals I ordered as wide are standard fit! Trying to return them is a joke. Offered me to keep and will refund 20%. I can have the full refund but they want me to fund the bill for return ..... only they don't tell you upfront where you need to return them to ..... looks like it could be China!!!
Add into that that they are cheap plastic uppers is just disgusting, will never consider using this 'great priced products' company again!

This co should not be allowed to trade as the sandals I received are cheap plastic copies of what is advertised on this co’s Summertime website, which is based in China according to the sandals packaging. I have emailed the co requesting a full refund for 2 pairs of sandals but given the reviews on trustpilot it’s very unlikely I will even receive a reply never mind a refund.

I ordered two pairs of Orthopedic shoes from images on the website. When I received the shoes they are completely different and are definitely not orthopedic at al - they are cheap horrible smelling chinese plastic that do not bend as shown on their video, they are hard and would not support feet at all. I have requested a refund and returns label - 7 days ago and still nothing despite several repeated requests.

Please do not buy from this company - their products are scams, it seems I have wasted my precious money, please do not waste yours and allow these scammers to continue trading.

I agree with the negative reviews of this supplier. My mum has just received a shoe order from Summer Shopping (thinking she was linking to Freemans UK) and the shoes are completely wrong in colour and style. I have sent an email to ask for a refund as there are no obvious instructions for returns. But after reading the reviews we are not holding our breath. I'd advise against using this site and will try to flag up to FaceBook which is where mum saw the advert

Absolute rubbish, surprised FACEBOOK allow them to advertise. No reply to emails sent to them and the only address on packaging is the Trans-global- shipping in Sudbury on Thames, wonder if they are in on this scam as well? I thought it was illegal to trade without an address?

Do not buy shoes from this company! They are a cheap copy and bear no resemblance to the advert on Facebook. They were a different colour (peach colour not pink), the wrong size (too big and floppy), they're a completely inferior design with no 'Archfit' logo. They would only give refund if sent signed-for delivery which was £17.10 from UK. I refused and they refunded me £5.40!! DO NOT TRADE WITH THESE PEOPLE, IT’S A CON!

I have now read many of the reviews below already for this company who are complete fraudsters. I bought a pair of summer sandals which looked really nice on their website and had a Clarke's shoe tagline. What arrived was a nasty plastic imitation smelling highly of glue - wrong size and would not last a day of wearing as so poorly made. I have requested a refund. They have offered me 20% discount and keep the shoes! That is not satisfactory. They want me to pay for the costly return postage. I have written back to them and am awaiting a response. I would like a full refund and a pre-paid returns label but after reading about the experiences of others do not trust them. They need to be stopped trading so that others do not fall into the same trap.

My wife paid £25.98 for shoes in March 2023 and immediately felt it was a bad move. She never received the shoes. Do not use this website. They are fraudsters. If only she had checked on Trustpilot first. Should get no stars.
