DITTO to all the comments below! Scam company. The problem with these scam sites is they'll close down, but just create a new site with a different name. 😔 Waste of time requesting a refund. I might see if I can get a refund through PayPal.

Nothing like the photo. Brings you in thinking you are dealing with Clarke's Shoes. Waiting for a response from an email but not holding my breath in to getting any money refunded.

Awful company, very embarrassed to have been conned. It came up with a Clarks shoes 'sale' tagline. Surely Trades Descriptions should be involved? Boots did not fit, looked nothing like the picture and not able to send them back as they come from China! Have been offered a 30% discount.

Do not use this site at any cost. Waited over a month for goods. Ordered pair trainers and sandles, they looked really good, absolutely shocking quality trainers plastic sandles no better I don’t even think they would last walking in them for a day, if they were on a car boot would not expect them be more than £3 I paid £17 for each pair. Will never buy anything again off internet.

Cheap and nasty, poor quality boots. DO NOT BUY THESE. I hope to hear about refund but not hopeful based on other reviews. Be warned.

Dreadful! Paid £19.99 plus £7.99 delivery for a pair of boots advertised on Facebook. Awful quality, thin cheap plasticy uppers with thin cheap lining. Really disappointed because they looked so nice in the picture.

Ordered pair of boots with guarantee of 'full satisfaction ' etc. Delivery poor despite several reminders. Poor fit so asked for refund. Offered 20%, refused then offered 30% Refused then full refund offered not to include "expensive return ' Will donate to charity shop. Dreadful service.

Bought a pair of boots for £20 plus £6 p+p. Claim to have specially supportive soles but just standard cheaply made plastic boots. Totally dishonest description.
For a refund they want them posted to China at my expense!

Utterly appalling company. Bought some boots from them that were advertised as leather. They arrived and they were like cardboard, cheap and nasty chinese fake. Emails back and forth and also alerted paypal Three weeks on, still no refund and expect me to pay return postage on an item that is nothing like advertised. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY....DISGUSTING FRAUDSTERS!!!!

Terrible shoes! Cheap and unwearable. DO NOT BUY from this company! I won't bother to ask for a refund as they are obviously a scam.

I ordered two pairs of boots as advertised on Facebook, however when I paid using PayPal and the receipt showed a string of Chinese characters alarm bells started to ring as I know Clark’s shoes are definitely not made in China! I checked on line and found the reviews on Trustpilot. I immediately messaged via PayPal and also sent an email to the email address given on the receipt asking them to cancel my order. After about three days I received a reply saying my order had been cancelled and my payment refunded in full. After another three days the money appeared in my account! I was very fortunate and am grateful for reviews on Trustpilot which enabled me to cancel the order before it had been dispatched.

There should be option of 0 stars...Boots finally arrived. 2 of same feet no idea whether R or L??? Also soles are marked. E mailed 3 times to ask to send back and for refund,no response. Do not use this company! Been emaling for 5 days on wanting to return for a refund. No reply...Been reported now as fraud!

Boots were very poor quality, not wearable at all. Nothing like what was advertised. Have asked for money back but getting no-where. Don't buy from them. Not Clarke's at all, just some cheap goods from China, not Germany as advertised

I agree with everything written about this company. I too ordered the boots written about in previous reviews. There needs to be strong consideration given as to whether this company should continue trading as I am sure there are lots of others who have fallen foul of their misinformation which I would describe as a SCAM.

DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY. If I could leave a -10 review I would. What a disgraceful company. They market themselves on the website as being based in Germany but the goods come from China. THEY ARE CHEAP AND HORRID. The boots I ordered arrived and they are faulted, a tooth is missing from the zip! When I contacted to ask for a pre-paid returns label they replied I have to pay myself to return them they will not refund the postage to CHINA and only on return will they refund. Shocking customer service. I have replied but as yet no response.

Boots arrived but smaller than the size 6 they were supposed to be, and very poor quality.

Avoid at all costs. These shoes are nothing to do with Clarks despite this company's claim. They offered me 20% discount and said if I wanted to return them I would have to pay the very high postage fee back to them.

Don’t use this company. When I ordered my boots they definitely make reference to Clarks in the advert. It was only AFTER I had paid for them (£30) it came back with a Chinese company acknowledgement. When I checked this company on Trustpilot I was warned about the poor quality. Fraud? Trading standard offences? You decide. Will I complain? No probably not as when I have read other reviews customers have been offered 10% maybe a 20% discount off next order. No thanks. Just chalked this one up to experience and will never be tempted to buy off Instagram again. Oh and forgot to say that boots were cheep, nothing like the picture and certainly not Clarks. Horrible. Will use for gardening (as long as no-one can see me.)

Please do not order from this company I ordered 2 pair of shoes they sent me the wrong size with one and the other was damaged only offered me 10% refund I could keep them after 35 emails I got 50% refund they asked me to return the items would cost £20 with tracking would not replace the items lost £40
