After ordering had nothing but bad service. Glasses never arrived and sunglasses direct are t that willing to help.
Stay away from this company..!

I recived empty case without sunglasses inside I have ordered and paid for and there is nothing I can do about it. Just lost my money so be aware!

Maui Jim's at a very competitive price. Very fast delivery. Well packaged. I am entirely satisfied. Bookmarked for next time.

There are a loads of companies with various permutations of sunglasses in their name and some of them look a bit sketchy. Sunglasses-Direct.co.uk is legit and the products are genuine.

Excellent service and great communication via email from Ashley. Nothing too much trouble as my Maui Jim “Sandy Beach” I wanted was specifically for Asian Fit!!!

Next day delivery with perfect packaging. So, I’ll use my “HO'OKIPA“ for driving and “SANDY BEACH“ for running.

Excellent service, needed my Ray Bans repairing, emailed them and got a reply straight away, they ordered the part in and it was there a couple of days later, very reasonably priced and fitted it for free, would definitely recommend.

I was really skeptical of ordering but did so mainly based on the great reviews I read so I thought I would pop in a review! The price point was great, and I received my package a few days later - very happy with the service and would order from Sunglasses direct again!

Seen a pair of sunglasses in John Lewis for £136, unfortunately they didn't have a pair other on display for sale. The display set were dirty and the arm was scratched. Took the manufacturer code looked online and found this site... Couldn't believe the difference in price £96 on sunglasses direct. Saved myself £40 and had the benefit of having a pair that hadn't been tried on by anyone else! Definitely be back! Delivery took 10 days but never less as soon as dispatched they were there the next day!

Really lovely sunglasses, quick delivery and delivered securely packaged. The price was very competitive compared to other online salers and high street stores, especially for genuine Ray Bans. Would highly recommend to anyone and will make another purchase again soon!

Couldn't have been happier with my sunglasses, very competitive prices and speedy service. Received email acknowledging my order stating delivery between 7-10 working days, they arrived, perfect and well packaged, by day 5!

Things can always go wrong, but it's great to have someone available to talk to, and a company so obviously concerned with customer service.

Ordered over Christmas, sadly out of stock and their supplier couldn't restock until the New Year ... was refunded the "special delivery" costs I'd paid for Next Day Delivery, and kept informed throughout.

Sunglasses arrived as expected, except they were still delivered "Special Delivery".

Very pleasant to do business with, and will be back to order again shortly.

The delivery states 48 working hours, I ordered at lunchtime and it came the next day. And on a Saturday! Very impressed

Delivery of my sunglasses took almost two weeks which suggests they didn't actually have them in stock When I placed the order. When I called a few minutes before their advertised closing time to find out when they would be delivere the call was rejected and when I called back the overnight recorded message was on with no option to leave a message. It seemed like someone was trying to get away a bit early! They did however turn up the next day but I never got a despatch notification. However once I finally got my sunglasses I was very pleased with them and both the product and the packaging were first class.

Ordered on Sunday and received a call Monday advising out of stock and offering alternatives. Disappointed sure, but the alternatives offered were genuinely very close matches. Selected a pair and these were delivered with a tracking reference on the Thursday.
Glasses look superb!
